  • Incidental Deposit: $100 per night is taken on credit or debit card at time of check-in. The authorization is released at the time of check-out and will be returned within 3-5 business days.

Featuring rounded faux-travertine columns and bronze and crystal chandeliers, the 5,454 square-foot Emerald Ballroom makes others green with envy. I would like to take the time to thank everyone who has helped me during my stay. The whole staff was amazing in regards to service. One person who stood out most was a gentleman by the name of Albert who was at the front desk. We made feel so welcomed and was so kind. The architecture work here is amazing. Thank you to the whole Biltmore staff from the sweet lady who cleaned our room everyday to the nice gentlemen that open the doors every time we leave and come back. I appreciate the service and keep up the excellent work!!!

““The most accommodating hotel I have stayed at””

The room is lovely and kept very clean by the friendliest housekeeping staff I have encountered. The decor is retro which adds to the charm of the era the hotel was built. I have enjoyed sitting in the relaxed atmosphere of the lobby and having conversations with hotel staff, especially James at the coffee bar. Historical photos lining the walls and the intricately carved woodwork is a delight to see. If planning to park on site, the charge is $50.00 per day. I left the driving to Uber and did not have the hassle of trying to drive in LA. Super Shuttle from LAX is $17 per person.

Too short stay to discover his historical. Friendly environment. Good Location with easy access to metro, museums, restaurants and market. Downside, pool closed for upgrading work. Overall satisfactory stay
