COVID-19 Safe Management Measures:
Effective November 8, 2021, per the LA City Vaccination Verification Ordinance. Guests are required to provide for proof of vaccination or negative test taken in past 72 hours. All guests attending events and venues are required to wear masks, regardless of vaccination status, except while actively eating and drinking in designated area.
Actively eating or drinking refers to the limited time during which the mask can be briefly removed to eat or drink, after which it must be immediately put back on.
Guests must wear a mask indoors whenever they are not actively eating or drinking, such as when they are waiting to be served, between courses or drinks or while seated after finishing the food or drink.

Historically speaking, The Biltmore has been host to some of the most influential meetings and events. The founding banquet of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences was held in our magnificent Crystal Ballroom in 1927. The hotel went on to host eight Academy Awards banquets in the ‘30s and ‘40s. John F. Kennedy stayed at the hotel and spoke in our ballrooms during the 1960 Democratic National Convention.

As a unique 3,564 square-foot, multi-level space with a sunken floor, rich wood paneling, and direct kitchen access, Bernard's is the perfect venue for an ultra-private reception, intimate banquet or tasting event for up to 190 guests.

The Millennium Boardroom is ideal for executive meetings or professional war room. The 2,400 square-foot space, comfortable for up to 85 depending on configuration, features a wood-paneled boardroom area and game room with an antique billiards table. The boardroom boasts its own fully interactive environment with separate telephone lines, LCD projector, 10’x10’ retractable screen, surround sound, and video conferencing capability.

In addition to ballrooms and conference areas, The Biltmore Los Angeles offers a variety of Entertainment Suites. Several floor plans are available, with spaces up to 4,100 square feet.
