The Biltmore has to be one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. There is so much history here, you can lose time just looking around. Take your time when staying here, look closely at the ornate, classic work put into building this gem. Check out the pool area downstairs, it is like stepping into the 1920's.
The home of Hollywood glamour, the historic Millennium Biltmore Los Angeles has been the choice of celebrities, presidents, and dignitaries, and the backdrop for many movies and TV shows.
Designated as a historic-cultural landmark, the interior of this beloved 1923 hotel features frescos and murals, carved marble fountains and columns, crystal chandeliers, and embroidered tapestries. Our hotel has 70,000 sq ft (6,503 sqm) of flexible event space and has earned top industry awards year after year. All 683 guest rooms and suites are richly appointed, and facilities include a sauna, steam room and Roman-style pool. I was traveling with friends, one of whom had worked there 35-40 years ago and suggested we all stay there one night. It was a highlight for me. I'm glad this hotel still has the style and beauty it was designed with.

I stay at a lot of hotels and it is hit or miss with how I am treated from beginning to end but I am happy to share an amazing experience for a brief stay at the Biltmore. She was filled with smiles and such good energy, I literally want to deal ONLY with her. I am an LA native and love exploring my city and thanks to the positive and enjoyable energy I got from April Frye, the Biltmore is going to be a part of my regular visits.
Stay here while at a conference. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. You can tell it was built in 1926. The rooms have been updated but still has the old charm. My room faced a four corner “courtyard” of sort so it was very quiet. I never heard any street noise at all and slept soundly. My flight back home got canceled after I checked out of the hotel. The staff was very accommodating and offered us a “inconvenienced rate” for a couple more nights. FYI, if you are staying here and have a conference at the LA Convention Center, I hope for you your conference provides complimentary shuttle pickup across the street at the Hilton! If you plan to walk, it’s 1.4 miles away through some very busy areas. Would recommend this hotel.
Ooozing with charm and history, spectacular architecture. Room was compact by American standards, large by European. Very comfortable. Minimal amenities in-room, but this helped keep the price modest. A bargain for what you get Super location downtown, close to so many significant sights. The wifi was reasonable, reliable. If you need to stay in DTLA, you cant go wrong here. Wil definitely stay here next time in LA
