The Wagyu Experience showcases an exclusive selection of premium Australian Wagyu, renowned for its exquisite marbling. Masterful Cantonese techniques bring each creation to life through expertly seared and slow-braised options.
Begin with a Crispy-Fried Slice Marble Beef, featuring richly marbled Wagyu, lightly crisped edges for a satisfying contrast of texture and umami depth. The selection continues with comforting and refined interpretations such as Stewed Australian Wagyu Oxtail with Red Wine, alongside a modern Cantonese take on Braised Australian Wagyu Beef Cheek Noodles.
Indulgence is further elevated with a Barbecued Honey-Glazed Marble Beef Char Siew, offering a balance of smoky sweetness, while the Sauteed Australian Wagyu Beef highlights the natural tenderness and flavour of Wagyu through experience wok-searing.
