• Are mooncakes sold prepared by the hotel?
  Yes. All mooncakes are freshly prepared by the hotel using recipes crafted by Master Chef Chung Lap Fai.


• How do I store my mooncakes?
  Baked mooncakes: Store in a cool, dry place (22–24°C).
  Snow skin mooncakes: Keep refrigerated (3–4°C). 


• What mooncakes are recommended for corporate gifting?
  Our Signature Baked Mooncakes are the most popular choice. They are well-received, easy to store, and ideal for gifting or bulk purchases.


• Do your mooncakes contain nuts and/or nut products?
  Yes. Signature Baked Mooncakes contain nuts or may contain traces of nuts.


• Are the mooncakes Halal certified?
  No, Hua Ting Mooncakes are not Halal-certified. However, they do not contain pork or lard.


• May I collect my mooncakes at the hotel?
  Mooncakes can be collected at the Mooncake Counter located in the lobby of Orchard Hotel Singapore, from 17 August to 25 September 2026, between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM.


• How long may I keep my mooncakes for?
  Baked mooncakes: Please refer to the expiry date printed on the packaging.
  Snow skin mooncakes: Best consumed within 3 days of collection when stored between 3–5°C.
