Tien Court restaurant in Robertson Quay is often described as one of Singapore’s best "undiscovered" Chinese restaurants. Master Chef Tai, Tien Court
Master Chef Tai began a distinguished 38-year career at the age of 22 whilst he was also attending other relevant food preparation courses to hone his creativity and love for cooking. He has been with Tien Court Restaurant since 1995 where he started as a Sous Chef and soon followed with a promotion to Head Chef in just a few years. For the last 24 years, as a second-hand man to the in-house Master Chef, Tien Court has flourished and stayed relevant with his guidance, mentorship, and creativity to his team and kitchen crew.
