Taiwanese born Chef Ho joined Tien Court Restaurant at Copthorne King’s Hotel back in 1991.
After several years heading the Tien Court kitchen, he left for Shanghai in 2000. After his stint as Executive Chef there and further polishing of his culinary skills, he decided to return to Tien Court. Some of Chef Ho’s signature dishes at Tien Court include Sautéed King Prawn with Salad Dressing and Fresh Fruits, “Kung Po” Lobster and Wok-fried Rice Vermicelli with Pig’s Trotters.
