Originally from Guangdong, Master Chef Kwan began a distinguished 40-year career at the age of 14 in the Capital of Cantonese Cuisine, Hong Kong where he worked as a Dim Sum Chef.
He then moved to Lian Yuen Seafood Restaurant and spent fourteen years perfecting his craft before travelling as an Assistant Chinese Chef to various parts of the world to work in various top Chinese restaurants in Brazil, Vietnam and The Philippines. More recently, Master Chef Kwan was holding the helm at the renowned Man Fu Yuan, Intercontinental Hotel Singapore and Xin Cuisine, Holiday Inn Atrium. In his new role, Master Chef Kwan will be continuing the legacy of Tien Court of serving authentic Cantonese cuisine.
