Grand Millennium Ballroom
The Grand Millennium Ballroom can host up to 600 people banquet style or 800 people theatre style. This room is a total of 830 sqm and breaks out into 5 separate meeting spaces Millennium 1, millennium 2, Tasman 1, Tasman 2 and The Boardroom.
All rooms are accessible via the pre-function area with abundant views of Auckland city.

Features windows with black out blinds perfect for an event that requires both natural light and a focused meeting environment. The Coromandel Room can host up to 80 people theatre style or 50 people classroom style and is located by the Atrium Lounge on Level 1 of the hotel.

Tui Rooms & The Millennium Conference Room
The Tui rooms and the Millennium Conference room provide a unique venue for your meeting experience. The rooms are accessible by the hotel lifts or vi the private elevators directly from the main entrance of the hotel.
All rooms have window walls which over look Auckland city. They can accommodate intimate dinners for 20 people or meeting in theatre style for up to 25 people.

Business Centre Boardrooms
Our Business Centre features five meeting spaces which include three boardrooms for 10 people and two boardrooms for 4 people. These rooms can be hired for the full day or on an hourly basis for that quick business meeting.

The Pool Deck
An open, decked area to provide a special venue for a welcome cocktail, open air barbecue or banquet event. The Pool Deck can host up to 150 people for a stand up cocktail event.
