“Absolutely Superb Stay !!!”

Thanks Grand Millennium for making my managed isolation so good!. I have never eaten so well in my life, with a generous gourmet chef style menu to choose from daily, excellent friendly and caring staff the whole way. I felt very covid-safe, cared for and protected - right from the moment I arrived you are directed where to go and everything is explained so well. You did your country proud and have made me so glad to be a kiwi. The beds are extra comfortable, ample supplies are just a phone call away if more needed. The wifi is also excellent and I couldn't hear anything from any of the other rooms, which made for a good nights sleep and peaceful day. The windows are tinted, so I felt quite private. The extra touches during the stay, like a congratulations you are half-way through your isolation letter with a bag of chocolate pineapple lumps delivery, and a bottle of wine as you near the end of your 14 day stay. I will definitely stay here again in the future, when everything is back to normal with covid. A BIG THANK YOU to all the staff and management at this hotel.

“Managed Isolation Great Experience!”

I am so appreciative at how well this hotel managed our stay! Everything was so well-organized, with great communication throughout the 14-day stay. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the food was always delivered hot and was plentiful. We had several choices for each meal, which we ordered in advance. Everyone who supported our stay was stellar, from the hotel manager who kindly greeted us, to the valets who delivered our bags, to the hotel personnel, nurses, defense, security and police personnel. Everyone was incredibly kind and compassionate, which made the stay so pleasant. Thank you, Gand Millennium Hotel! I look forward to returning during a non-covid time. Thank you!

“Managed isolation landed on our feet here”

Decent size room, large comfy bed with crisp thick white sheets and loads of pillows & cushions - essential for telly viewing. Plenty of power points. Table & chairs to enjoy our meals properly - and china plates & metal cutlery 👍 important to maintain standards! Food was outstanding. We're vegetarian and we are being really well fed; nice variety, plenty of protein and greenery, food served hot which is no mean feat with 600 residents (GMA full at present). Generous quantities and plenty of fruit on request. We felt no need to order food in. NZDF, nurses and all staff really kind and helpful. Quick and efficient laundry service. Excellent WiFi. Gym looked good but of course we're not allowed to use it, exercise area very small so we had to be creative! No view out of the window except the flats next door, a car park and a building site but this is inner city so we can't expect anything else! All in all we feel we've been very fortunate to land up here. Thank you to all the staff.
