Loved the comfortable spacious room and the view onto the square. The bathtub was wonderful and the bed very comfortable. As well, the room was quiet and I heard no noise from neighbours which is very important to me.

Large comfortable twin room. We paid a bit extra for a large room with a view over the square and were not disappointed. Excellent location for catching a train from Queen St. Very Good breakfast!

This was an excellent stay Room was absolutely lovely, spacious, clean, every facility. The staff are excellent, friendly, obliging. The food is excellent breakfast has an enormous selection of hot and cold food, the conservatory is great. I would advise any potential guest to ignore the adverse reviews and book with confidence. We had a superb stay.
We had lunch on both the Friday and Monday during our mini break.Once again the staff were friendly and efficient. There was a fire alarm during our Friday visit. Staff ensured that we knew where to go. There was no panic. That shows that management train their staff in fire safety procedures. Having three times during my life encountered fires, I knew the value of good staff training. The Food was excellent once more. The Prices are good value and we shall return next year for our annual visit to Glasgow.
Convenient to all city happenings. Lovely staff , so helpful. Comfortable bed. Stayed during hotel refurbishment which was handled so well it did not infringe on our visit at all. So well done to all involved.
