  • Check-In Time: 4:00 pm
  • Check-Out Time: 12:00 pm
  • Early Arrival Fee: 8:00 am - 10:00 am: $30, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm: $20
  • Late Check-Out Fee: $10 until 1 pm
  • Minimum Age to Register: 21
  • Incidental Deposit: $25 per night is taken on credit or debit card at time of check-in. The authorization is released at the time of check-out and will be returned within 3-5 business days.
  • Rollaway Bed Fee: $10 per day plus tax. Subject to availability.
  • Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Premium high-bandwidth service is available at $9.95 per room per day.

“Not just "Personnel ",Great People”

Again during a difficult time in my life- constantly going to hospital my stay at the Millennium is always quite pleasant. The shuttle drivers Thomas & Peter, are awesome.Mr.Peter once called my ph after dropping me off after some time,to make sure I was fine.The front desk staff always has a smile and greeting. Ms.Shelia and Ms.Taffy I have known through my visits, are great and very nice ladies the best with getting things done, and will personally follow up on the situation. Mr.Mike as well as the other front desk personnel I may not mention personally Thank you. I appreciated all your help- with my stay. Ms.Pam in Bel-Gusto, you dont see tips you see people, and you treat patrons as such,thank you, you make the mornings bright. The engineers. Who kept the Jacuzzi hot. Thank you.and all those I came in contact with during my 2wk stay, Again you made a tough time not so tough,and I'm Blessed to have come in contact with you. While staying at the Millennium. “MY EXPERIENCE AT THE MILLENNIUM HOTEL 🏨 ON MY MILITARY APPOINTMENT LODGING.”

I’m a retired army veteran, I want to take this time to give my review/ opinion about the millennium hotel, located in Durham, NC . Let’s start with there transportation here at the millennium hotel: The transportation service is fantastic and dependable and suppose to arrive every (30)minutes like anywhere else. (Thomas v) Is patience, honest, helpful with the elderly, handicap, veterans with medical problem and non- veterans and always greeting everyone and professional and not prejudice by far. Drop you off near your room and even go as far in helping you put luggage in your car/truck if see you struggling or not. He truly goes over and beyond his call of (duty) I feel that not only giving him a certificate of excellence but also a raise . So i’m Giving my review/opinion of there restaurant and bar . (Amal) -waitress (Pam)-waitress (Anthony T) - Chef you get friendless, professionalisms, They Know all there guest by name and that should tell you something right there, that they care . Bring the food out in a timely manner . They work really hard and to deal with all kinds of attitudes all day long. But never seen them out of line. The (chef) anthony t take pride in his cooking , he came out of the kitchen to : ask me was the food ok ??? and I reply : it’s the bomb, excellent , I have no complaints and he gave me plenty to get full and I want to thank him.again All three of them (Amal) , (Pam), ( Anthony T) needs an raised and certificate. Let’s talk about the ladies and gentlemen that works at the front desk and behind the desk like : (sajana) , (tafadzwa) ,(auty) , (Kim) , (Cindy) (shelia) (mike ) these people work diligently to keep the hotel running smooth for there guest, very professionalism , understanding if you run into a problem , always smiling/laughing and I like that . They also go above and beyond the call of duty like everyone I mentioned above by names . They will work with you if you have preference on what floor you want or not. all i’m Saying to management is to give these people recognition, certificate, raise. Want to thank the entire staff for making my stay/lodging as comfortable as can be. People if you have a problem that you encounter, Tell the front desk then so they can take care of the problem, if you don’t How can they fix it. and beside they are 100% better than quality inn, comfort inn and I had bad experience at the comfort inn and never been back . Let’s talk about the bar at the hotel : this is a big plus for those whom drink and don’t want to go out and chance to get an (DWI) or hurting oneself or others.
