The legendary Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge was established by Tootsie Bess. She was married to bandleader Jeff Bess and regularly performed as singer and comedienne as part of “Big Jeff and the Radio Playboys”. Tootsie stills hangs out at this #1 Honky Tonk in Nashville, which has been part of the music scene on Broadway for over 56 years. It continues to offer food, drinks and country music with an authentic country music saloon atmosphere.
