  • This promotion can only be redeemed with confirmation of the customer’s name and duration of the hotel stay.
  • Chips will be presented in vouchers which are redeemable at the casino for the equivalent chip amount.
  • Chips must be placed on bets before they are redeemable for cash.
  • Guests must be 18 and over to redeem Super Odds Chips.
  • To redeem this offer the customer is required to provide proof of hotel reservation via email or letter with a signature and contact information.  
  • It is Super Odds Chips that provide the casino experience in partnership with Millennium & Copthorne Hotels. By booking the hotel direct Super Odds Chips share a voucher that customers can choose to redeem with them.   • The Offer is valid from Thursday 4th November 2021 to Monday 31st January 2022. Vouchers received after this period will not be accepted.
  • This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discounted room rate.
  • To qualify for this Offer, you must make a new guestroom reservation directly or via third-party agent (i.e. in-person, by telephone or by email; or a website reservation (each, a Qualifying Reservation) at Millennium Gloucester, for a stay between Thursday 4th November 2021 and Monday 31st January 2022, inclusive. For the avoidance of doubt, bookings made by way of third-party agents or any “commissionable” reservations will be offered £25* Super Odds Chips, Voucher upon check-in and are for Deluxe, Club, Executive and Suites, to redeem at the casino cash desk.
  • You will be provided with the Voucher once hotel check-in formalities are completed and payment for the reservation has received in full. Use of the Voucher is subject to Grosvenor Casinos General Terms & Conditions. The decision of the Promoter regarding redemption or use of the Voucher is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to it.
  • Each Voucher must be redeemed during the Qualifying Reservation. To redeem a Voucher, you must present the Voucher at the Casino with confirmation of your hotel reservation and proof of your identity by way of Government-issued photo ID. Vouchers redeemed after you have checked out will not be accepted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Vouchers that are not redeemed for any reason.
  • The Qualifying Hotel’s standard guest terms and conditions shall apply to each Qualifying Reservation. These terms are available to you at check-in or at any other time on request.
  • Each Qualifying Reservation will automatically be eligible for a voucher which may be used to redeem Super Odds Chips (Voucher) at the Grosvenor Casino at 4-18 Harrington Gardens, South Kensington, London SW7 4LJ (Casino).
  • You may make as many Qualifying Reservations as you like. However only one voucher per customer, per fortnight from the last redemption (every two Weeks) may be redeemed at the casino, with a qualifying reservation.
  • Each Voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Vouchers may not be used as part payment for any hotel reservation. Lost Vouchers will not be replaced.
  • By accepting or redeeming a Voucher, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to any Qualifying Hotel or the Casino or to refuse to award a Voucher to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes reasonably necessary to do so. In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid, unenforceable, or illegal provisions were not contained herein. The Promoter’s failure or delay to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  • Insofar as is permitted by law, Millennium Gloucester or Grosvenor Casino, their agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of redeeming a Voucher except where it is caused by the negligence of Millennium Gloucester or Grosvenor Casino, their agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • Other than to confirm your Qualifying Reservation and Voucher in accordance with these terms, Millennium Gloucester and Grosvenor Casino will not share your personal information with each other. Any personal information you provide to either of Millennium Gloucester or Grosvenor Casino through your participation in the Offer will be processed by each of them individually as a data controller. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed by each of Millennium Gloucester or Grosvenor Casinos as set out in their respective privacy policies for the purposes of conducting and administering the Offer or as otherwise permitted by applicable law including, without limitation the Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
