What is Millennium for Business?

Millennium for Business is a digital booking destination designed for both companies making multiple bookings and for individuals traveling for business. The site gives you total flexibility, to customise your booking according to your travel needs and change your booking up to one day in advance or modify your booking at the last minute.

What are the requirements of joining Millennium for Business?

To join Millennium for Business we only require a valid company registration number.

Is it free to join Millennium for Business?

It is completely free to join Millennium for Business.

How long does it take for my account to be approved?

If you have entered a valid company registration number, your account will be approved immediately.

What if i'm already registered for Business Direct?

If your company is already a part of a business direct or another existing programme, you can still register for Millennium for Business.


How can I register for Millennium for Business?

To register for a Millennium for Business account you will need to provide the following details: Company Name, Country, Company registration number and expected room nights per a year. You will also need to have a My Millennium membership to register however, if you don’t already have a My Millennium account you register for one through the same registration process, here.

Does every member, who registers automatically get a room upgrade?

Yes, everyone who registers for a Millennium for Business account is entitled to one free room upgrade.

How many team members can you add to a Millennium for Business profile?

There is no limit to the number of team members you can add to Millennium for business.

How can a company change the admin on the account?

The current admin will need add the new member and click the check box ‘Make Admin’, within the Members section of their dashboard here.


How can a company add team members to their Millennium for Business account?

The admin of the account can add team members, within the Members section of their dashboard here. This can be done either my using the ‘Add Member’ function or by uploading a CSV/XLS.

How can I remove members from the company profile?

The admin of the account can remove members within the Members section of their dashboard, here by clicking ‘Remove Member’.


I am unable to upload my CSV/XLS to add members?

Please ensure you have used the template available within your dashboard here and the following mandatory information is completed. If you are still having issues please contact us via the enquiry form, here.


Can Millennium for Business members book Meeting rooms online?

Currently meeting rooms and events are not available to book online, these will need to be book directly with the property.

A user already has a negotiated rate but can’t access it on Millennium for Business?

If you already have a negotiated with Millennium Hotels and Resorts, please contact [email protected].

What are the cancellation terms for Millennium for Business users?

Bookings made on Millennium for Business are cancellable until 2pm on the day of check-in. There is no fees for booking cancellation.

What are the amendment terms for Millennium for Business users?

Bookings made on Millennium for Business are amendable until 2pm on the day of check-in. There is no fees for booking amendment.

What is My Millennium Pro?

My Millennium Pro is a global booker’s programme. As a My Millennium Pro member, you can earn My Points for bookings made directly with Millennium Hotels and Resorts.

How do I earn points for My Millennium Pro?

As a booker, you can earn 4 My Points for every US $1 spent on qualifying room nights before taxes.
For Meetings & Events, you can earn 4 My Points for every US $1 spent on qualified meetings or events, capped at US $60,000 for every single meeting or event.

Is there any expiry date for My Millennium Pro?

My Millennium Pro is a lifetime membership.

How are the benefits of being a My Millennium Pro member different from M&C Rewards?

My Millennium Pro members will have access to Millennium For Business (a booking platform). This platform allows My Millennium Pro member them to enjoy exclusive corporate rates globally and redeem exciting rewards from over 100+ brands. My Millennium Pro members will also have access to Instant Rewards (Room Upgrade using Points, Pay with Points etc.)

Do I need to sign-up as a My Millennium Pro member if I’m an existing M&C Rewards member?

No. Your My Millennium Pro login details and a temporary password will be sent to your registered email. If you did not receive you login detail, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected].

What will happen to my current M&C Rewards point balance and validity after the transition to My Millennium Pro?

Your point balance as of 1 May 2020 in your M&C Rewards account will be converted to My Millennium Pro at a new value (1 M&C Rewards Point = 20 My Points) with validity of 12 months. You are required to login on www.millenniumhotels.com with your login detail to access your points balance.

Is there a cut-off date to use my current M&C Rewards points to redeem items in the M&C Rewards Catalogue?

The cut-off date for redemption in the for M&C Rewards Catalogue on www.mncrewards.com is on 30th April 2020. All redemption after 30th April 2020 will need to be done on www.millenniumhotels.com

Why am I missing some points in my account.

Due to the data migration, you will only be able to see the missing points accredited into your account by the end of June 2020.

I have completed a stay in your hotel property but my M&C Rewards points was not credited in my My Millennium account. What should I do?

If you are unable to view the points from your completed stay, please contact our Membership Support at [email protected] with the following details: Membership Number, Hotel Confirmation number, Hotel Name and Stay Date.

My M&C Rewards points has expired recently, can I request for extension?

Expired points cannot be extended.

I received the welcome email for My Millennium Pro, how do I login to my account?

To login to your account, please click the link, https://www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium/sign-in/ and enter your registered email address and password.

I forgot my password to login. What do I do?

Visit https://www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium/forgot-password/ and enter your registered email address to reset your password.

My date of birth is incorrect, how do I update?

Is there a maximum number rooms I can book in a single transaction?

The maximum number of rooms is capped at 9 rooms in Millennium For Business booking platform. You will be required to make an additional booking for the remaining number of rooms required. We appreciate your patience as we are in the midst of developing an option for future bulk bookings.

I am leaving the company, how do I delete my account?

Please email your request to our Membership support at [email protected].

Can I change my admin details to someone else?

Please email your request to our Membership support at [email protected].

Do my guest/s earn My Points for their stay?

If your guest is an existing My Millennium member, he/ she will earn My Points. Please indicate his/ her My Millennium membership number when you make a booking online.

I am currently a My Millennium member. How can I be a My Millennium Pro Member?

Please log-in to your My Millennium account and click “For Business” tab on the left. This will allow you activate your My Millennium Pro account.

What is My Millennium Pro?

My Millennium Pro is a booker’s programme. As a My Millennium Pro member, you can earn My Points for booking made direct at Millennium Hotels and Resorts.

How is My Millennium Pro different from My Millennium?

My Millennium is a programme to reward guests for staying at our participating hotels and to earn My Points in the My Millennium account. My Millennium Pro is a programme for corporate bookers to earn points for bookings made for colleagues in their company. My Points earned by My Millennium Pro bookers will be earned in the My Millennium wallet.  

What are the benefits of joining My Millennium Pro?

  1. My Millennium Pro members can earn 4 My Points per $1 USD spent on qualifying room nights to redeem for hotels and other rewards. 
  2. My Millennium Pro members can earn 4 My Points per $1 USD spent on qualifying meetings & events, capped at US $60,000 for every single meeting or event.
  3. My Millennium Pro members can book via Millennium For Business for exclusive rates and other perks.  

Is there any expiry to My Millennium Pro membership?

The programme is lifetime.

Do My Points have an expiry date?

My Points earned on the date of issu will have a validity period of12 months.My Points expires on the last day of the 12th month, with the exception of a lapse or cancellation in your membership account.

How do I become a My Millennium Pro member?

You can join My Millennium Pro by using the online registration form, click here to sign up.

Do I need to get my company consent before I sign up for My Millennium Pro?

Employees of the company will be deemed to have received company consent before you sign up for My Millennium Pro account as stated in the Terms and Condition of the registration page. 

Do I need to use my corporate email address to sign up?

You are encouraged to use your corporate email address to sign up.

I am an existing member of M&C Rewards, can I still join My Millennium Pro?

Yes, you can still join My Millennium Pro. However, you will only be able to earn points from either My Millennium Pro or M&C Rewards.

I am an existing member of My Millennium, can I still join My Millennium Pro?

Yes, you are not required to sign-up for another My Millennium account. You will need to login to your existing My Millennium account and agree to the terms of conditions of My Millennium Pro. 

How and where do I view my My Millennium Pro points transactions?

You can view your transactions earned under My Millennium Pro under ‘My Account Management’.

How can I make a reservation for my guest?

You can make a reservation for your guest at  www.millenniumhotels.com or Millennium for Business platform.

How much My Points will I earn for each booking made as a My Millennium Pro member?

4 My Points is awarded for every US$ 1 on room spend (excluding tax) when the room you booked is qualified for points. 

What are qualifying room rates?

The qualifying room rate is similar to My Millennium.

Can My Points earned be shared by another My Millennium Pro member?

  1. No, My Points cannot be shared with another My Millennium Pro member. However, you can transfer the points to another My Millennium Pro members after we award the points to your account.

Will I still earn points if my guest is a My Millennium Member?

Yes, you will still earn your My Millennium Pro points even if your guest is a My Millennium Member, you will earn points 4 Points for every US $1 spent for the booking made for the guest. 

If I am the booker and the stayer of the booking, how many points will I earn?

You will only earn the higher allocation of points. You will earn 10 My Points for every US $1 on room spend awarded by My Millennium. 

If I have stayed 10 nights or more, will my points be doubled?

Yes, you are eligible to earn double points if you have stayed 10 qualified nights within 12 months period based on your membership start date. However, points earned under My Millennium Pro Programme will not be doubled.

If my guest has stayed 10 nights or more, will my points be doubled?

No, My Points earned on behalf of booking for others will not be doubled.

When will My Points be awarded?

Points will be awarded into your account within 3 - 5 working days after the completed stay.

Is there any capped as to how many points I can earn?

There is no cap as to how much points you can earn from booking on behalf of your guest.

What can I do with My Points?

You can use your My Points for a Room Booking, Room Upgrade and to redeem a list of items from our Hotel Catalogue and 3rd party catalogue.

How do I redeem My Points?

To redeem your rewards, simply log in to https://www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium/sign-in/.

Can I combine the points that I earn from My Millennium Pro Programme and My Millennium Programme to redeem for rewards?

Points earned from My Millennium Pro Programme or My Millennium Programme are awarded  in the same My Millennium wallet

Are My Points transferable or exchangeable for cash?

My Points are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
