Frequently applauded for his innovative spirit, Chef Boz – a very talented chef who specializes in Malay cuisines together with Chef John – a professional chef with an extensive background of Chinese delicacies, hand-picked a mouth-watering spread of steamboat ingredients and created rich MSG-free steamboat broths with a harmonious blend of Chinese and Malay flavors.
