Food Capital at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel will be presenting some splendid Mother’s Day delights specially prepared by Executive Chef, David Toh.

At Food Capital, a delectable buffet feast awaits the family with mummy’s all-time favourite dishes such as the Wok-fried Slipper Lobster with White Pepper Sauce, a widely recognised signature dish, Poached Garoupa Roulade Stuffed with Prawn Mousse with Citrus Segment and Asparagus in Passion Fruit Coulis which is a crowd favourite and the Rotisserie Roasted Farm Fed Chicken which is prepared à la minute to perfection.

Mothers not only enjoy a feast at Food Capital, there will be a Cupcake Booth where diners can decorate and personalise cupcakes for their mummies. Mothers will also be presented with a stalk of carnation. On top of that, the live band will be playing and you can dedicate messages to your mum or even sing for them.*
