The Solway Conference Centre
Accommodating up to 500 delegates theatre style and 160 classroom style, this versatile room also has the flexibility to be divided into four separate, fully sound proofed rooms for smaller meetings or concurrent sessions. Solway I-IV range in size and can be combined to create the perfect space for your meeting or event. Solway IV also includes glass bi-fold doors opening onto a 45m2 wooden deck with outside furniture.

The Lodge 1-2
This stand-alone venue known as “The Lodge” is located near the main conference facilities and has two separate rooms that each accommodate up to 20 people theatre style. This facility is ideal for private meetings and breakout rooms, has its own bathroom facilities and carport.

Solway 7 Function Centre
This stand-alone venue is the newest addition to the hotel and is located only 25m from the main hotel entrance. Solway 7 has its own bar, boardroom and breakout areas including an outdoor fireplace and garden area. The main room is approximately 215m2 and is well lit with an exposed beam ceiling and charming country character. It will comfortably seat up to 120 theatre style and is ideal for dinners or meetings with a difference.

The boardroom is located quietly away from the main conference rooms and will seat up to 15 people around its large boardroom table. This warm and well lit room has a private outdoor area attached and is ideal for small meetings or as the conference organiser’s headquarters.
