4 of us stayed here and had booked in advance. Upon arrival we were advised I had been selected to be the guest of the day and was upgraded. This meant we had access to the executive lounge and an upgraded room. The Duty manage, Valeria and her team were great. Polite, friendly and very welcoming. We had a meal in the brasserie, which was really good and again, the staff were excellent. Later that evening we walked to the Royal Albert Hall (about a 20 minute walk, very direct.)
Point to note is the car park is small and the spaces narrow, so if you get a large car parked badly, it may mean you won't get your car in a space. Apparently there is a public car park nearby. We arrived at 2pm on Wednesday and got the last space.
A well situated hotel, outside of the congestion charge (we came in via M40 and A40) and comfortable and clean. I got the impression that if we wanted anything, we only had to ask.
The train line running along the back of the hotel may bother some people, but it is London after all.
