Perfect hotel!

My daughter and I visited Boston and chose the Bostonian Hotel for the location and positive reviews. We were in touch with the concierge desk after making a reservation and was helped in many ways via Email for suggestions during our stay. The Hotel was very lovely, comfortable and met all our needs. Our room was on the 7th floor and was very spacious. Coffee, tea are available in the lobby in the morning and lemonade in the afternoon. Location of the hotel is excellent - steps from Quincy Marketplace, the Freedom Trail and Faneuil Hall. The Hotel is located very close to the North End ( Italian section) and was fun to enjoy various restaurants and pastry shops there. Bottled waters were placed in our room daily at no extra charge. We asked for a refrigerator and one was brought up immediately. The service at the Hotel is excellent from the Front Desk personnel, to housekeeping to Concierge and Valet services! The North 26 Restaurant in the Hotel is very good and convenient. We enjoyed breakfast and one dinner there. They offered a New England lobster bake dinner at the low price of $20.00! Service in the restaurant is excellent. Overall the Hotel was the best choice in a city that has many hotels - very comfortable, very friendly, and close to many major sites in the city. We loved it! This review cannot end without applause to the EXCELLENT service given to us by Julianne and Raphael at the Concierge Desk. We were in touch with both before we even arrived at the hotel helping us with tips for what to see in the city, where to eat, dining reservations, setting up a private Freedom Trail tour with Hub Tours, and helping us with a rental car for one day during our visit to travel outside the city including driving directions. They even made lunch reservations in Sudbury and helped, via the Valet, deliver our rental car back to the Enterprise Agency when we returned to the hotel. Julianne and Raphael were extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly! Words can't describe the excellent service we received from them. They made our stay very easy! They covered every detail for us - felt like we became, not only guests at their Hotel, but friends! Excellent concierge service! We'd love to return to Boston again and would only stay at the Bostonian!

“Amazing Hotel & Even Better Service”

My recent stay at the Bostonian was one for the books! The hotel is beautiful, and the room was fantastic. The location is top notch as well. You’re in the heart of everything. Short walk to great dining, bars, Quincy Market, and so much more! What really impressed me was the service. Everyone at the hotel was attentive and friendly. Great atmosphere. A big thank you Rob at the front desk. He took the time to make our stay special. A real rockstar and MVP. Also, special thanks to Steven who helped with our bags and Nick at the front desk. I would recommend anyone and everyone stay at The Bostonian if you’re visiting the city. An awesome hotel with amazing staff!

“Great hotel! Will stay again”

We stayed at the Bostonian from August 9-12 and must say we were pleasantly surprised. This was our first trip to Boston and really did not know what to expect. First and foremost the hotel is fabulous. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. While this may seem minor, they offer coffee in the AM, Bottled water all day and Lemonade in the PM all free of charge. The location of this hotel is Prime. You are centrally located to most areas. Subway/Train is not far. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!!!!!
