Long-stay guest 10/10 stars

We are current long-stay guests and have been staying at the Grand Millennium serviced apartment since 2019. Over the years, we have met some wonderful hotel staff who have gone all out to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Charlene, our housekeeping staff is very attentive, always delivers great service with a smiling face. When there are repair works or light bulbs that need to be replaced, she will proactively contact the Engineering department to fix them. We have recently encountered some hand-towel delay issues and she provided my feedback to the managers to ensure there will be hand towels ready for our 10 am full cleaning service. Other housekeeping staff that I wanted to send my thanks to are Senthil and Neeraj, who have kindly assisted us with various housekeeping requests in the past. We also have good dining experiences at the restaurant, pub and cafe. Kudos to the amazing breakfast buffet team - Axcil, Kashmiri, Martha, Helen, Sabah, Catherine and special thanks to Jayvee and Avishek, who always remember our drink orders. Jenny and Roma from the 90 Centigrade cafe are also wonderful, they always make us feel welcome and my little boy loves chatting with them. Other feedback I have for the Management is to please look into the swimming pool opening timing. It opens at 7am but there were several occasions that we were there at 7:10am - 7:15am and it was still not opened, we had to wait for the lifeguard to show up after he finished breakfast. Though the wait was not long, it reduced the time we could spend in the pool as we had to leave at a certain time. I have also provided some feedback to the housekeeping manager about the bed mattresses. We have the king-sized mattress changed a few months ago. At the time of change, the mattress looked relatively new (I was told it was bought in 2019 but hardly used before) but sadly, sink/dip after a few weeks of sleeping in it. It doesn't bounce back and remains saggy on both sides. The Management may want to consider purchasing other brands in the future as hotel-grade mattresses should be built to last a long time. Being the long-stay guest here, I feel I am a part of the Millennium family and want to see the hotel grow and prosper in the years to come!
