Terms & Conditions:

Cancellations
• 48 hours’ notice required for cancellations.
• 50% charge for cancellations within 48 hours.
• Full charge for cancellations within 24 hours.

Payment
• Payment must be completed 48 hours before arrival to avoid cancellation.

Age Restrictions
• No treatments for children under 14.
• 14-16 year olds may only have facials or mani/pedis and must have an adult present in the room.
• Body treatments available only for 16+ with parent present.

Arrival
• Arrive at least 20 minutes early to relax before your treatment. Late arrivals will have treatments finished on time.
