Bar Intermezzo reimagines Singapore's rich culinary traditions, thoughtfully crafted to reflect the nation's cultural diversity and heritage in a refined contemporary expression.
Begin with exquisitely crafted Nonya Kerabu Abalone, Chicken Buah Keluak Black Truffle Sandwich, Boston Lobster Nasi Lemak Kueh Pie Tee and Wagyu Beef Pongteh Slider. The journey continues on a sweet note with indulgent treats such as a divine Musang King Durian cake and complemented by freshly baked Coconut Scones served with homemade Kaya and an array of other delightful creations.
