As our valued My Millennium member, you can earn My Points for every qualifying hotel stay and additional qualified spend and redeem a range of rewards. From complimentary stays and exclusive privileges to a host of dining and lifestyle treats, My Millennium is perfectly designed to help you maximise your benefits and enjoy greater rewards.

  • How many tiers of membership does My Millennium have?

    My Millennium offers three membership tiers: Club, Premium and Elite.

  • What is the validity period of each membership tier?

    The Club membership is valid for life. Both Premium and Elite membership are valid for twelve (12) months upon being upgraded or renewed to Premium or Elite status.

  • How do I sign up for My Millennium?

    You can join My Millennium by using the online registration form.

    Alternately, guests may fill out an application form at any of our participating hotels and hand the form over to our hotel staff who will enrol you into the programme.

  • Will I receive a My Millennium membership card?

    Physical cards will only be issued to Premium and Elite members. Currently, no physical membership cards are issued to Club members. Club members can obtain a digital copy of their membership card when they receive their Welcome email or by logging in to the members' portal.

  • Am I entitled to My Points for my previous stays if I sign up as a My Millennium member today?

    You can only earn My Points if you have registered as a member before you have checked out from a qualified stay. No points will be awarded for qualified stays made before the signing up into My Millennium.

  • How do I check my My Millennium account?

    To access your My Millennium account, visit millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium and log in with your email address and password. From updating your profile and tracking your My Points to making your bookings and redeeming your rewards, My Millennium lets you do everything online.

  • I forgot my password to login. What do I do?

    If you have forgotten your password, you can simply go to the Member login section online and click on the ‘Forgot your Password’ link to reset it.

    For login details, you can email us at enquiry@mymillennium.com.sg with your name, membership number and email and we’ll be delighted to assist you.

  • How do I earn My Points?

    Depending on your membership tier, you can earn My Points for every US$1 of qualifying spend at participating hotels for room revenue and additional spend.

  • What is a qualified room night?

    A qualified room night is when you book your stay at eligible room rates at our participating hotels.

    Non-eligible room rates include, but are not limited to:      

    • Complimentary rooms
    • Commissionable room rates booked via third parties for e.g. travel agents, online travel agents, etc.
    • Room rates provided in conjunction with airline and/or travel industry discounts
    • Room rates of airline crew members paid by the airline
    • Room rates for group conventions or corporate meetings
    • Room rates for selected long-term stays

  • Will I be entitled to enjoy my membership benefits if I am booked on non-eligible room rates?

    Yes, you can still enjoy your membership privileges/benefits if you are booked under a non-eligible room rate. However, you will not be eligible to earn My Points.

  • Can I transfer My Points to another person or exchange them for cash?

    No, My Points are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.

    • Is there an expiration date for My Points?

      My Points are valid for 24 months from the date that they are awarded, with the exception of a lapse or cancellation in your membership account.

    • Can I earn My Points and Frequent Flyer miles on qualified stays?

      As a My Millennium member, you will only be entitled to either My Points or Frequent Flyer miles for each qualifying night. Please advise our hotel staff if you wish to earn My Points or Frequent Flyer miles upon check-in.

    • How do I redeem My Points?

      To redeem your rewards, simply visit millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium and log in with your email address and password. Once you’ve selected your reward and confirmed your redemption item, we’ll send you an email notification with your e-Voucher. These vouchers are subject to terms and conditions.

    • How do I redeem my complimentary room?

      To redeem your complimentary room, simply:

      • Visit millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium and log in to your My Millennium account with your email address and password. Select your hotel, stay date, room package/type and the website will indicate the number of My Points is required for redemption.  
      • With our brand new My Points and cash redemption options, you can now stretch your My Points even further – choose to cash in your My Points or opt to combine your My Points with cash for every redemption if you have insufficient My Points.  
      • Alternatively, you can make your reservations directly with our hotel staff through phone or e-mail informing them of the redemption booking.

    • How do I redeem my complimentary room upgrade?

      Premium members receive 2 Club Room upgrades and Elite members receive 2 Suite Room upgrades. To use your room upgrade, simply:

      • Visit millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium and log in to your My Millennium account with your email address and password. Select your hotel, stay date, room package/type and make a room reservation

      Upon making a room reservation, you can choose to use your complimentary room upgrade benefits on your room reservation. The complimentary room upgrade is based on the availability of hotel upon check-in.

    • After redemption is confirmed, am I able to cancel or change the redemption item?

      Unfortunately, we do not allow any changes or cancellations once you have submitted your redemption request. For room redemption reservations, please cancel reservation seventy- two (72) hours in advance (if permissible) to avoid My Points to be forfeited, cancellation policy of the rate and package booked will apply.

    • What if I have accidentally redeemed the wrong voucher?

      You will be charged accordingly for any accidental redemption made.

    • Can I transfer or exchange my reward e-Vouchers for cash?

      No. All e-Vouchers are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.

    • Is there an expiration date for reward e-Vouchers?

      Yes. These vouchers are valid for four (4) months from the date of issue.

    • Can I reinstate/extend expired points or vouchers?

      We do not reinstate/extend points or vouchers as they are valid for twenty-four (24) months and four (4) months respectively from the date of issue.

    • Do my past qualified stays count towards the new membership qualification criteria?

      Yes, past qualified transactions during your membership period will count towards the new membership qualification criteria.

    • What is my new tier?

      All Classic members will become Club status, Gold members will become Premium status and Diamond members will become Elite status.

    • I have already met the Premium/Elite membership qualification criteria for renewal in my past transactions – will my membership be automatically renewed?

      Your membership renewal will only take effect when:

      • your next qualified transaction of a minimum of one (1) qualified room night is recorded in your My Millennium account
      • the transaction is made before the expiry date of your current membership
