What is My Millennium Program?

My Millennium is Millennium Hotels and Resorts' global guest rewards program. As our valued My Millennium member, you can earn My Points for every qualifying hotel stay and redeem a range of rewards. From complimentary stays and exclusive privileges, to a host of dining and lifestyle treats, My Millennium is perfectly designed to help you maximize your benefits and enjoy greater rewards.

How many tiers of membership does My Millennium have?

My Millennium is a single tiered program.

To combine your account, kindly provide us the following details: Membership Name, Membership Number & Membership Email & Email to our Membership Support at MyMillennium@millenniumhotels.com.

 

What is a qualified room night?

A qualified room night is when you book your stay at eligible room rates at our participating hotels via our hotel website.

Non-eligible room rates include:
- Complimentary rooms
- Commissionable room rates booked via third parties for e.g. travel agents, online travel agents, etc.
- Room rates provided in conjunction with airline and/or travel industry discounts
- Room rates of airline crew members paid by the airline
- Room rates for group conventions or corporate meetings
- Room rates for selected long-term stays
- Room rates on adhoc/special (promotional) discounted

How do I sign up for My Millennium?

You can join My Millennium by using the online registration form, click here to sign up now and via My Millennium mobile app.
Alternatively, you may fill in the application form at any of our participating hotels and hand the form over to our hotel staff during check-in.

 

Who is eligible to join My Millennium?

Any individual aged 18 years and above is welcome to join My Millennium. 


Is there a membership fee?

Signing up for My Millennium is absolutely free.

 

Will I be issued a My Millennium membership card?

There will be no physical membership cards issued. Members will have to log in on https://www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium/sign-in/ or My Millennium Mobile App to access their Membership. 


How do I check my My Millennium account?

To access your My Millennium account, visit https://www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium/sign-in/ or download My Millennium App on Google Play or App Store and log in with your email address and password. From updating your profile and tracking your My Points to making your bookings and redeeming your rewards, My Millennium lets you do everything online.

 

How do I update my account profile details?

Visit https://www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium/sign-in/ or via My Millennium App and log in to update your profile. 


I forgot my password to login. What do I do?

Visit www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium/forgot-password and enter your registered email address to reset your password.

 


How do I update my password?

You may update your password by logging in to your account at https://www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium/sign-in/                                                    
1. Go to My Account
2. Select 'Change My Password' tab
3. Fill in your Current Password followed by your New Password and Confirm Password


Can I have more than one (1) My Millennium membership account?

Every individual can only own or sign up one (1) My Millennium membership account.


How do I earn points for My Millennium?

You can earn 10 My Points for every US$1 on qualifying room spends at participating hotels before taxes.


Can I earn My Points and Frequent Flyer miles on qualified nights?

As a My Millennium member, you will be entitled to either My Points or Frequent Flyer miles for each qualifying night. Please advise our hotel staff if you wish to earn My Points or Frequent Flyer miles upon check-in.



Are my My Points transferable or exchangeable for cash?

My Points are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.


Do My Points have an expiry date?

My Points earned on the date of issued will have 12 Months period and expires on the last day of the 12th Month, with the exception of a lapse or cancellation in your membership account.


What can I do with My Points?

You can use your My Points for a Room Booking,Room Upgrade, and to redeem a list of items from our Hotel Catalogue and 3rd party catalogue.


How do I redeem with My Points?

To redeem your rewards, simply log in to https://www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium/sign-in/.


After redemption is confirmed, am I able to cancel or change the redemption item?

Any changes or cancellations are not allowed once you have submitted your redemption request.

 

What if I have accidentally redeemed the wrong item?

You will be charged accordingly for any accidental redemption made. Please ensure that you select the correct items upon confirmation.

 

Will my e-voucher expire?

Yes. Please refer to the terms & conditions stated in the e-vouchers you have received.

 

I spend so much at your hotels, but I didn’t achieve the 10 nights count. What can I get?

With enough points, you can use it to redeem for a range of products from redemption catalogue, points to offset your room rates. However, we will encourage you to complete the 10 nights count to receive the double points. 

 

Can I transfer My Points to another My Millennium member?

Yes, for point transfers please contact our Membership Support at MyMillennium@millenniumhotels.com

 

 

How can I use My Points for room booking?

You may use your My Points for room redemption by logging in to your My Millennium profile account via https://www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium/sign-in/
- Choose your preferred destination (Hotel) and date.
- Upon Check-Out, click Pay with Loyaty Points and the number of points required will apply.
- If you have insufficient points, you may settle the balance amount with credit card or *cash (*for flexible Cancellation Policy).


After I redeemed My Points for room booking, am I able to cancel or change?

For room booking redemption, please cancel reservation seventy-two (72) hours in advance (if permissible) to avoid My Points to be forfeited. My Points will be awarded in 3-5 working days after the cancellation and it only valid till 3 months from the date if issue. The Cancellation Policy of the package/promotional rates will apply based on the Terms & Conditions stipulated.

 

How do I upgrade my rooms using My Points?

Instant Rewards for room upgrade using My Points will be offered at an exclusive rates and will only be available during the online room booking process.

 

 

How many rooms can I make a room upgrade using My Points?

The number of rooms upgrade will based on the amount of My Points available in your account.

After I upgrade my rooms using My Points, am I able to cancel?

As your room upgrade tagged to your room booking redemption , please cancel reservation seventy-two (72) hours in advance (if permissible) to avoid My Points to be forfeited. Can my partner & I (both My Millennium members) earn My Points for the same room booking?

Only one My Millennium member can earn My Points which will apply to the My Millennium member's name that is registered to the room booking. 

 

I have a voucher to use, what should I do?

You have to print the e-voucher that was sent to your registered email and present it upon payment. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions stipulated on the voucher.

 

How to be eligible to earn double points?

As a My Millennium member, you are eligible to earn double points for every 10 qualified nights within 12 months period based on your membership start date.

Example:
Membership start date of collection period for double points: 10 October 2019
Membership last date of collection period for double points: 9 October 2020


When is my 10 (ten) nights start counting from?

10 Nights will start counting from your membership join date.
If you join before 19 March 2019, your collection period will be on 19 March 2019 to 18 March 2020.
If you join on October 10, 2019, your collection period will be on 10 October 2019 to 9 October 2020.

 

When will my double points be awarded?

Double points will be awarded within 5 - 7 working days if the stay is qualified after a completed qualified stay.

 

How do I make a reservation as My Millennium Member?

To make a reservation, simply login to your My Millennium account via https://www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium/sign-in/ or My Millennium mobile app. 

 

Will I be entitled to My Points for my previous stays if I join as a member today?

You can only earn My Points if you have registered as a member prior or during your qualified stay. No points will be awarded for qualified stays made before the member's join date. 

 

Will I be entitled to membership benefits if I book a non-eligible room rate?

Yes, you can still enjoy your membership privileges/benefits if you book a non-eligible room rate. However, you will not be eligible to earn My Points and Night Count for Double Points. 

 

Will I be entitiled to My Points if I booked via OTA's (BOOKING.COM, CTRIP, AGODA and EXPEDIA)?

All bookings made via OTA's are ineligible to earn any My Points. We encourage you to book directly via our website www.millenniumhotels.com through your My Millennium profile account log-in to enjoy exciting perks and rewards.

 

When will my points be credited after my completed stay?

My Points will be credited within 5 - 7 working days after a completed qualified stay.

 

I have completed a stay in your property but I was not credited for points. What should I do?

If you do not see points for your completed stay, you may contact our Membership Support at MyMillennium@millenniumhotels.com and please provide the following: Membership Number, Hotel Confirmation number, Hotel Name, Stays Date.

 

Do I get the same benefits when I stay in hotels that are not My Millennium participating hotels?

My Millennium benefits are not available at non-participating hotels. Click here to view our participating hotels.

 

Do I earn My Points for my guest/s room booking/s?

My Points is only entitled to My Millennium Member who book a room at a qualifying rate and stay in the room. 

 

What are the Instant Rewards?

Instant Rewards is available at special discounted of points such as Room Upgrade and other hotel services only offered at booking process.


How do I redeem instant rewards?

Instant Rewards will be offered during the online booking process via our brand website.

Are there voucher/s issued for the Instant Rewards redemption?

Vouchers will be issued for F&B, Laundry and Club Lounge Access. However, for the Room Upgrade information will be indicated on the member's confirmation email of the stay.

 

Is there expiry date for the Instant Rewards redemptions?

The rewards redeemed for Room Upgrade to be utilized during the stay booked and for other hotel services, please refer to the terms and conditions.


After I selected my Instant Rewards, am I able to cancel?

Changes or cancellations are not allowed once you have submitted your request and points are deducted.


During my stay, can I change the Instant Rewards that I redeemed prior to other services at the hotel?

No changes or amendments are allowed once the rewards are redeemed.

 

Can I decide to make redemption of the Instant Rewards upon check-in?

No. Instant Rewards are only available during the online room booking process via our brand website.

 

Is the number of My Points required for room upgrade the same for all hotels?

The points required may vary with different type of room and hotel collection.

 

Is the room upgrade applicable throughout the stay?

Yes, it is available for the whole stay.


How do I know if the Instant Rewards redemption is successful?

The room upgrade will be indicated on the confirmation email of the stay while for other hotel items/services, you will receive an e-voucher to your registered email address. If you didn’t receive, please contact our Membership Support services at MyMillennium@millenniumhotels.com

 

For the 'Club Lounge' access Instant Rewards, can I bring more than 2 persons?

No. You can only redeem for 1 or 2 persons for the lounge access.

 

Is the Instant Rewards for room upgrade applicable for any room categories?

The room upgrade is only applicable to the next room category. The highest room category for upgrade is to the Club room type (Club category varies from hotel to hotel).

 

For the Instant Rewards Laundry service, how many pieces of garments?

Limited to 2 pieces of garments.

 

What are my benefits during my birthday month?

As a My Millennium member, you are able to enjoy the following benefits when you stay during your birthday month:
- Triple Bonus points for stay during your birthday month
- 20% Birthday dining discount
- Celebration treats from the hotel


How do I enjoy Triple Bonus Points during my Birthday Month?

The points that you earn for qualified stay during your birthday month will be tripled. 

 

Are all the restaurants under Millennium Hotels & Resorts available for the 20% Dining Discount during My Birthday Month?

You may use the 20% dining discount at selected My Millennium participating hotels with F&B Outlets when you present your ID for the verification of birth date. Please click the link for My Millennium participating F&B Outlets.

 

Do I have to make any reservations with the restaurants?

Yes. At least 1 week advance reservation is required and please state the use of the dining discount voucher. 

 

I did not receive My Birthday Celebration Treats, what should I do?

For Birthday Celebration treats, we are sending an e-greeting card on the first day of the birthday month. You may check your email or if you didn’t receive anything please contact our Membership Support at MyMillennium@millenniumhotels.com

 

Can I give my rewards e-voucher/s to someone else to use?

Yes, you may give this as a gift to any individual.

 

Can I request to extend the validity date of the rewards e-voucher(s)?

No extension of validity is allowed for the Hotel/3rd Party Rewards Catalogue.

 

What is the validity period of the rewards

The validity period varies depending on the items/rewards selected.

 

Where can I find the available rewards?

For hotel and 3rd party rewards catalogues, you may login to your membership account and refer to the rewards section of member’s dashboard.

 

I did not receive my redeemed rewards e-vouchers, what should I do?
