Terms & Conditions
- Package does not include tax, gratuity or incidental charges. Room rates are quoted per night per room unless otherwise stated.
- Additional charges may apply for food and beverage and A/V substitutions and/or additions.
- Points are calculated on USD spent in actualized revenue to planner.
- The complimentary room upgrade applies to rooms booked in one transaction, subject to availability, capped at 5 upgrades per contract.
- 5X Points is capped at 500,000 points per contract.
- Points will be awarded to the contract signatory only.
- Millennium Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to alter or withdraw this program at any time without notice. Millennium Hotels and Resorts shall not be liable for any losses that result from the customer's failure to comply with these terms, including loss of income or revenue, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings or loss of data.
