This July, our curated Natsu (Summer) Omakase begins with a refreshing selection of seasonal appetizers designed to cool the palate and awaken the senses.

The highlights:

 

Goma tofu Sakuraebi Age dashi Ankake 

Seasonal Appetizer

Indulge in chilled Yaki Nasu Somen featuring delicate noodles with smoky grilled eggplant.

The menu further elevates with the rich flavors of comforting stewed Miyazaki Gyu accompanied by sweet summer pumpkin, and a pristine Suzuki No Arai sea bass sashimi served ice-chilled with fresh myoga ginger and shoyu.

Seasonal Tempura

Experience the pinnacle of our craftsmanship with our signature seasonal tempura, fried in an impossibly light and airy batter. Enjoy a decadent fusion of crisp conger eel with a molten cheese center topped with savory dried Karasumi mullet roe from Osaka and Chiba.

This is beautifully balanced by exceptionally sweet, juice-locked harvests sourced directly from Japan's finest fields, including thick Hokkaido asparagus, buttery Kyoto Toro Nasu eggplant, and clusters of super-sweet Hokkaido corn fried to a perfect shatteringly crisp texture.

Accentuated with a rich raspberry jam and a chocolate-dipped waffle crisp, it offers a sweet, harmonious balance of fruit and cream to perfectly end your summer dining experience.
