The Meatilicious feast features an impressive Chargrilled Tomahawk with Kampot Peppers as its star, available exclusively on Friday and Saturday, and well-loved favourites including Chef Signature’s 8 Hours Slow-roasted Brisket, Roast Lamb Leg, German Pork Knuckle, Citrus-glazed Poulet, Grilled Beef Striploin with crushed black peppers, Herbed Pork Sausages and other mouthwatering delights.

Complement your buffet with a wide spread of sides such as the Chatcuterie Board, and not forgetting the free-flow fresh seafood-on-ice, including Poached Alaskan Snow Crabs on Friday & Saturday’s dinner buffet.

The piece de resistance of the dessert experience is the Musang King Durian Puree Pengat (Friday & Saturday dinner only), Ice Kachang corner and other artisanal sweet treats including Banoffee Pannacotta, Espresso Crème Brulee and Salted Ondeh Cake!
