Celebrate India's Independence Day at SanSara with an exclusive culinary experience by Master Chef Pannalal Nath, showcasing the rich heritage and royal flavours of North Indian cuisine through specially curated 4-course and 6-course set dinners.
Highlights include Tandoori Octopus with Bell Pepper Almond Chutney and Beetroot Onion Salad, the aromatic Gosht Dhaniya Shorba, Salmon Suva served with Coconut Saffron Sauce and Chilli Garlic Naan, and the indulgent Baked Rasgulla finished with Condensed Milk and Pistachio Nut. Guests opting for the 6-course experience can also savour favourites such as Palak Patta Papdi Chaat and Tandoori Murgh Tikka.
