Brunch gets bigger and better at Grand Copthorne Waterfront beginning Sunday, 3 March with the launch of the epic Epicure Brunch - a multi-restaurant experience extending across three signature outlets.

With 15 live stations, expect the food to always be fresh and the energy always high. A dizzying array of cuisines including the brunch-favourite seafood-on-ice, a la minute creations from the Josper grill station dishing out Wagyu ribeye, Australian lamb rack, caramelised pan-fried foie gras and more! Further along, a variety of traditional Awadhi dishes such as Lamb Bhuna Gosht and Dum Ke Murgh will be presented by the team at SanSara!
