Formerly the site of world’s largest flour mill, Mill City Museum is located on the riverbank of the Mississippi.  The museum focuses on flour milling and the other industries that contributed to the growth and development of Minneapolis as a city. The Flour Tower is the central focal point of the exhibit. Each floor of the building showcases a different aspect of flour–making and visitors can ride the freight elevator to experience this exhibit, as well as access the observation deck to view the St. Anthony Falls.
