A must to visit while in Liverpool

The Liverpool Anglican Cathedral is the largest Cathedral in Britain and the 5th largest in Europe, from its early origins around the turn of the 20th century to its completion in 1978; this is one world-class landmark that is not to be missed. The Cathedral is located only a twenty minute walk or a 12 minute drive from the Hard Days Night Hotel and is free to enter, however the tower and audio tour is highly recommended. Additionally, a full programme of events from music sets to gala dinners and conferences can also be found at the cathedral. Hike up to the top of the tower on the 'Tower Experience' and relish the unmatched panoramic views from 500ft above sea level; it is also one of the best places to catch a Mersey sunset. The Cathedral also offers a choice of two dining venues, The Mezzanine Cafe and the Welsford both of which serve snacks as well as delicious, hearty meals.
