  • What is My Millennium?
    My Millennium is Millennium Hotels and Resorts' global guest rewards programme. As a member, you can earn My Points on qualifying stays, dining and other hotel services enjoyed during your stay. Points can be redeemed for a range of exciting rewards, from complimentary nights to room upgrades, over 100 gifts and vouchers, and more. My Millennium is perfectly designed to help you maximise your benefits and enjoy greater rewards.
  • Which hotels are participating in this programme?
    We have over participating 100 hotels and resorts across Asia, China, Europe, the Middle East, New Zealand and North America. Click here to explore the full list.
  • How do I sign up to My Millennium?
    You can join My Millennium by completing the short online registration form here and via My Millennium mobile app. Alternatively, you may fill in the application form at any of our participating hotels and hand it over to our hotel staff during check-in.
  • Who is eligible to join My Millennium?
    Any individual aged 18 years and above is welcome to join My Millennium.
  • Is there a membership fee?
    My Millennium membership is absolutely free.
  • I have created a new account but I already have an existing account, how can I combine the two?
    To combine your accounts, kindly email our Membership Support at mymillennium@millenniumhotels.com and provide us with the following details: Membership Name, Membership Number & Membership Email & Email.
  • How many tiers of membership does My Millennium have?
    My Millennium features two tiers: Member and Prestige.
  • How many qualified nights are required to reach My Millennium Prestige status?
    My Millennium members will be upgraded to Prestige status on the completion of 10 qualified nights.
  • Will my Prestige membership status be renewed?
    You can maintain your Prestige membership status by completing 10 qualified nights within your 12-month membership year.
  • What are the benefits of My Millennium Prestige?

    As a Prestige member, you will be entitled to the following enhanced benefits:

    • 15 points for every USD$1 spent on rooms, 4 points for dining and other hotel services
    • Double Points for every completed 10 nights
    • Priority check-in/check-out (available at selected participating hotels)
    • Instant Rewards redemption when booking direct
    • Shop with Points on favourite brands in the My Millennium Mall
    • Exclusive Invitation to My Millennium Events
    • Welcome Amenities
    • Room upgrade to the next category
    • Early check-in and late check-out
    • Kids eat free
  • What time is the guaranteed early check-in and late check-out?
    Guaranteed early check-in and late check-out is two hours before standard check-in and two hours after standard check-out time.
  • Why has my Club room booking not been upgraded?
    Room upgrades are capped at Club rooms.
  • I have stayed more than 10 nights in the last year, but I have not been upgraded to Prestige status. What should I do?

  • Will I be issued a My Millennium membership card?
    We do not issue physical membership cards. Instead, please visit https://www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium/sign-in/ or download the My Millennium App to access your membership account.
  • How do I check my My Millennium account?
    To access your My Millennium account, visit https://www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium/sign-in/ or download the My Millennium App on Google Play or the App Store and log in with your email address and password. From updating your profile and tracking your My Points to booking stays and redeeming rewards, My Millennium lets you do everything online.
  • How do I update my account profile details?
    Visit https://www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium/sign-in/ or open your My Millennium App and log in to update your profile.
  • Can I have more than one My Millennium membership account?
    Only one My Millennium account is permitted per member.
  • I forgot my password to login. What do I do?
    Visit www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium/forgot-password and enter your registered email address to reset your password.
  • How do I update my password?

    Complete the following steps to update your password:

    1. Go to My Account at https://www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium/sign-in/
    2. Select 'Change My Password' tab
    3. Enter your Current Password followed by your New Password, and confirm to update
  • How do I earn My Points?
    Members will earn 10 My Points and Prestige members will earn 15 My Points for every US$1 spent on qualifying rooms, as well as 4 My Points on dining spend and other hotel services paid for during your stay before taxes at participating hotels.
  • What is a qualified room night?

    A qualified room night is when you book your stay at eligible room rates at participating hotels directly via our website. Non-eligible room rates include:

    • Complimentary rooms
    • Commissionable room rates booked via third parties (for example, travel agents, online travel agents, etc.)
    • Room rates provided in conjunction with airline and/or travel industry discounts
    • Room rates of airline crew members paid by the airline
    • Room rates for group conventions or corporate meetings
    • Room rates for selected long-term stays
    • Room rates on adhoc/special (promotional) discounts
  • Can I earn My Points and Frequent Flyer miles on qualified nights?
    As a My Millennium member, you will be entitled to either My Points or Frequent Flyer miles for each qualifying night. Please advise our hotel staff upon check-in if you wish to earn My Points or Frequent Flyer miles.
  • Are my My Points transferable or exchangeable for cash?
    My Points are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash.
  • Do My Points have an expiry date?
    My Points have 12 months' validity from the date of issue and expire on the last day of the 12th month, with the exception of a lapse or cancellation of your membership.
  • What can I spend my My Points on?
    You can redeem your My Points on a room booking, room upgrade and F&B dining vouchers, and exciting rewards such as gifts and vouchers in our My Millennium Mall online shopping catalogue.
  • How do I redeem my My Points?
    To redeem your rewards, simply log in to https://www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium/sign-in/
  • After redemption is confirmed, am I able to cancel or change the redemption item?
    Changes or cancellations are not permitted once you have submitted your redemption request.
  • What if I have accidentally redeemed the wrong item?
    You will be charged accordingly for any accidental redemption made, so please ensure that you select the correct items upon confirmation.
  • Will my e-voucher expire?
    Yes, please refer to the Terms & Conditions stated in the e-vouchers you have received.
  • I have not completed 10 nights, can I still receive double Points based on my spending?
    To receive Double Points, you simply need to enjoy 10 nights at any of our hotels. Bonus Points are not based on spending or Points earned.
  • Can I transfer My Points to another My Millennium member?
    Yes! For Point transfers, please contact our Membership Support at mymillennium@millenniumhotels.com
  • How can I use My Points to make a room booking?

    You may redeem your My Points on a room booking by logging in to your My Millennium account via https://www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium/sign-in/ and completing the following steps:

    • Choose your preferred hotel and date
    • Upon check-out, click Pay with Loyalty Points and the number of points required will apply
    • If you have insufficient Points, you may settle the balance amount with a credit card or cash
  • After I redeem My Points for a room booking, am I able to cancel or change?
    For room booking redemptions, please cancel your reservation no less than 72 hours in advance (if permissible) to avoid your My Points being forfeited. My Points will be reinstated 3-5 working days after the cancellation and will be valid for three months from the date of issue. The Cancellation Policy of the package/promotional rates will apply based on the Terms & Conditions stipulated.
  • How do I upgrade my room using My Points?
    You will be asked whether you would like to use your My Points to upgrade your room during the online room booking process.
  • How many rooms can I upgrade using My Points?
    The number of rooms eligible for upgrade will be based on your My Points balance.
  • After I upgrade my room using My Points, am I able to cancel?
    As your room upgrade is linked to your room booking redemption, please cancel your reservation no less than 72 hours in advance (if permissible) to avoid your My Points being forfeited. My Points will be reinstated 3-5 working days after the cancellation and will be valid for three months from the date of issue. The Cancellation Policy of the package/promotional rates will apply based on the Terms & Conditions stipulated.
  • Can two My Millennium members earn My Points for the same room booking?
    Only the My Millennium member whose name is registered to the booking can earn My Points on the stay.
  • I have a voucher to use, what should I do?
    Please print the e-voucher that was sent to your registered email address and present it upon payment. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions stipulated on the voucher.
  • How do I earn double Points?

    As a My Millennium member, you are eligible to earn double Points for every 10 qualified nights within a 12-month period based on your membership start date.

     

    For example: Membership start date: 10 October 2019, the last date of collection period for double Points: 9 October 2020.

  • When will my double Points be awarded?
    Double Points will be awarded within 5-7 working days of a completed qualified stay.
  • How do I make a reservation as a My Millennium member?
    To make a reservation, simply log in to your My Millennium account via https://www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium/sign-in/ or the My Millennium App.
  • If I join as a member today, will I be entitled to My Points for previous stays?
    You can only earn My Points if you have registered as a member prior to or during your qualified stay. No points will be awarded for qualified stays completed before your membership join date.
  • Will I be entitled to membership benefits if I book a non-eligible room rate?
    Yes, you can still enjoy your membership benefits if you book a non-eligible room rate. However, you will not be eligible to earn My Points and the nights will not count towards your Double Points.
  • Do I need to book direct to earn My Points?
    My Points can only be earned when you book directly via our website or app.
  • When will My Points be credited to my account?
    My Points will be credited within 5-7 working days of a completed qualified stay.
  • I have completed a stay but I was not credited My Points. What should I do?
    If you do not see Points for your completed stay, you may contact our Membership Support at mymillennium@millenniumhotels.com. Please kindly provide us with your Membership Number, Hotel Confirmation Number, Hotel Name and Stay Date.
  • Will I still receive My Millennium benefits when I stay in non-participating hotels?
    My Millennium benefits are only available at participating hotels. Click here to check the full list.
  • Will I earn My Points if I book a room for someone else?
    My Points will be awarded for the room that you are staying in, when booked by you at a qualifying rate.
  • Can I earn My Points when dining at Millennium Hotels and Resorts restaurants?
    You can earn 4 My Points for every US$1 spent at our participating restaurants before taxes. All you have to do is simply Download our My Millennium App.
  • What are Instant Rewards?
    Instant Rewards such as room upgrades and dining vouchers can be redeemed with My Points during the online booking process.
  • How do I redeem Instant Rewards?
    Instant Rewards will be offered during the online booking process only via our brand website.
  • Will a voucher be issued for Instant Rewards redemption?
    Dining vouchers will be issued via your registered email address. However, room upgrade information will be indicated on your booking confirmation email.
  • Is there an expiry date for Instant Rewards redemption?
    Is there an expiry date for Instant Rewards redemption?
  • After I selected my Instant Rewards, am I able to cancel?
    Changes or cancellations are not allowed once you have submitted your request and Points have been deducted.
  • Can I decide to redeem Instant Rewards upon check-in?
    Instant Rewards are only available during the online room booking process via our brand website.
  • Is the number of My Points required for a room upgrade the same at all hotels?
    The points required may vary by room type and hotel collection.
  • Is my room upgrade applicable for the full duration of my stay?
    Yes – enjoy!
  • How will I know if the Instant Rewards redemption is successful?
    The room upgrade will be indicated on your booking confirmation email. For other hotel services, you will receive an e-voucher to your registered email address. If you have not received this, please contact our Membership Support services at mymillennium@millenniumhotels.com
  • Is the Instant Rewards room upgrade applicable for any room category?
    The room upgrade is only applicable to the next room category. The highest eligible room category is the Club room (name may vary). Suites are excluded.
  • What membership benefits can I enjoy during my birthday month?

    We love to help you celebrate your birthday, so during your birthday month you will receive:

    • Triple Bonus Points for stays during your birthday month
    • 20% dining discount
    • Celebration treats from the hotel
  • How do I enjoy Triple Bonus Points during my birthday month?
    The points that you earn for qualified stays during your birthday month will be tripled. The Triple Bonus Points will be awarded by the 10th day of the following month after check-out.
  • Are all the restaurants under Millennium Hotels and Resorts available for the 20% dining discount during my birthday month?
    You may use the 20% dining discount at any participating hotel with available services. Please click here to view the list.
  • Will I need to make a reservation?
    Reservations are required at least one week in advance. Please state the use of your dining discount voucher when making the reservation.
  • I did not receive my Birthday Celebration Treats, what should I do?
    You should receive your Birthday Celebration Treats to your registered email on the first day of your birthday month. If you have not received anything, please contact our Membership Support at mymillennium@millenniumhotels.com so we can celebrate with you.
  • Can I gift my rewards e-voucher to someone else?
    Yes, if you would like to!
  • What is the validity period of rewards?
    The validity period varies depending on the rewards selected.
  • Can I request to extend the validity of my rewards e-voucher?
    It is not possible to extend the validity of e-vouchers.
  • Where can I find available rewards?
    To view hotel and My Millennium Mall rewards catalogues, please log in to your membership account and refer to the rewards section on your dashboard.
  • I did not receive my redeemed rewards e-voucher, what should I do?
    Please contact our Membership Support at mymillennium@millenniumhotels.com
  • I am a My Millennium Pro member, can I qualify for Prestige status?
    My Millennium Pro members (corporate bookers) can qualify for Prestige status, but only qualified nights and rooms that you have both booked and stayed in will count towards your membership status.
