Begin your meal with the traditional prosperity toss from Food Capital’s Yu Sheng bar which offers a selection of toppings such as Abalone, Lobster (available from 11 to 14 February 2021), Norwegian Smoked Salmon and Applewood Smoked Duck in Exotic Plum and Mandarin Orange Dressing.

Symbolising abundance of good fortune, the newly introduced Extravaganza Crustacean Seafood Bag holds favourites such as Live Mud Crab, Tiger Prawn, Squid, New Zealand Green-Lipped Mussel, Flower Clam, Blue Flower Crab, Sea Scallop, Corn and more, tossed in your choice of tangy spicy sauce or creamy curry butter. Don’t forget the crowd favourites like Golden Pumpkin Four Treasure Soup, Signature Laksa, Crispy Golden Tempura, Crispy Roast Pork Belly, Kurobuta Pork Char Siew, Lamb Shank, Freshly Made Naan, Crab Butter Masala from the Tandoor Corner and more.
