The Hong Kong-born Chef Tang, the Master Chef at Yao Chi, brings with him more than 17 years of experience. He has received numerous awards for his culinary skills, including Hong Kong 108 Cooking Master, 5-S Lead Auditor (Blue Belt) Certificate, Hong Kong, Escoffier Gold Medal Member, and last but not least, Chinese Cooking Master. His professionalism and strict production standards, alongside innovation in traditional cuisine has won him a reputation throughout Asia.
