Gulangyu Island was listed as a world heritage site by the UNESCO in July 2017. it is unique in China as there are no cars on Gulangyu and connected to the main Xiamen Island only by Ferry. It also named " Piano Island" and there is the world's only piano museum here, where is home to many famous musicians, especially pianists, and the museum pays tribute to both the living and dead. there are some scenic spot on the island including sunlight rock, zheng chegngong memorial hall, piano parik, shuzhuang garden, haoyue park ect,
