Dim Sum Master Chef Thye Yoon Kong and his team are set to serve up their special festive dim sum menu which includes “Bei Fong Tong” crispy prawn dumpling, steamed crystal seafood dumpling with fatt choy, Deep-fried custard yam balls with salted egg yolk, all of which delivers  a beautiful play of flavours and textures.
