Terms and Conditions

 

My Millennium (the “Programme”) recognises and rewards its frequent hotel guests worldwide. Please read and understand the Terms and Conditions. The use of the Programme membership constitutes the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

1      DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS

Where used in these Terms and Conditions, the words and expressions specified below shall have the meanings set out opposite them:

"Active Member" is defined as any Member having Points activity (accrual or redemption) within the preceding three (3) year period.

"Benefits" is defined in Part VII below.

"e-Vouchers" or “E-Vouchers” are defined in Part VI Paragraph 2 below, and are subject to the Terms and Conditions and such other terms as MHR may publish or issue to Members from time to time.

"MHR" shall mean Millennium & Copthorne International Limited trading as Millennium Hotels and Resorts (Company Registration No. / UEN: 199600354R), a company incorporated in Singapore and having its registered office at 36 Robinson Road, #04-01, City House, Singapore 068877.

"MHR Group" shall mean MHR and its related parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and associated entities (including those entities that manage the Participating Hotels), but excluding any shareholders of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc.

"My Millennium Website" is the website at www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium on which the Programme Terms and Conditions and Participating Hotels as well as other relevant information relating to the Programme will be displayed at www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium/terms-and-conditions, as the same may be amended, from time to time by MHR.

"My Points" or “Points” are derived from the eligible Qualifying Spend and as further described in Part IV below.

"My Rewards" or “Rewards” is defined in Part VI below and shall include, without limitation, "e-Vouchers" as defined in Part VI and such other merchandise and services as may be offered from time to time as rewards to Members for My Points redemptions.

"Member" means a person whose application for membership of the Programme has been accepted by MHR and who is subject to the Terms and Conditions (as defined below), including the membership terms set out in Part III hereof, and "Members" means each or all of the Members of the Programme (as applicable).

"Membership ID" means the 16-digit Member identification number or such other Member identification as MHR may provide.

"Redemption Only Hotels" shall mean the MHR Group’s hotels not participating in the Programme from time to time.

"Participating Hotels" shall mean the MHR Group’s hotels participating in the Programme from time to time, the details of which are given on the My Millennium Website.

"Privileges" is defined in Part VII below.

"Programme" means the My Millennium loyalty programme established by MHR for the benefit of frequent guests of Participating Hotels.

“Qualifying F&B Spend” means expenditures paid in full by Members for food and beverages (“F&B”) at MHR Group’s owned and operated F&B restaurants and room service to the extent charged to the same room as the Qualifying Room Spend. Members dining in restaurants and not staying in-house will not be entitled to earn any My Points on such F&B spend. My Points will be awarded for F&B spend before taxes and after applicable discount-during and only for Qualifying Nights.

“Qualifying Incidental Spend” means expenditures paid in full by Members for minibar, spa, laundry, telephone, Wi-Fi and internet usage and charged to the same room as the Qualifying Room Spend and charged to the same invoice for such room at checkout. My Points will be awarded for incidentals spend during and only for Qualifying Nights.

"Qualifying Nights" is defined in Part V below.

"Qualifying Room Spend" means expenditures paid in full by Members for room accommodation at eligible room rates but only for overnight Qualifying Nights at a Participating Hotel, service charges, goods and services taxes (howsoever described) and other taxes and levies included on the Participating Hotel's invoice for the Qualifying Nights shall not be included in any determination of the "Qualifying Room Spend". Expenditure at a Participating Hotel for non-eligible room rates including but not limited to:

  • Complimentary rooms;
  • Commissionable room rates booked via third parties for e.g. travel agents, online travel agents etc.;
  • Room rates provided in conjunction with airline and/or travel industry discounts;
  • Room rates of airline crew members paid by the airline;
  • Room rates for group conventions or corporate meetings; or
  • Room rates for selected long-term stays,

shall not qualify as a Qualifying Room Spend.

Qualifying Room Spend also excludes gratuities, concierge and non-hotel expenditures booked and paid for through the Participating Hotels.

"Qualifying Spend" means Qualifying Room Spend, Qualifying F&B Spend and Qualifying Incidental Spend, and such additional items as may be listed on My Millennium Website from time to time (which will state the eligible period and My Points to be derived from such spends).

"Redemption Partners" are independent merchants or Participating Hotels selected by MHR to supply the Rewards from time to time and may vary from country to country. The participating Redemption Partners will be listed on www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium; as such list may be amended from time to time.

"Terms and Conditions" means these terms and conditions as amended by MHR from time to time.

"US Dollar" or "US$" shall mean the currency of the United States of America.

2      II - GENERAL

2.1  Programme Sponsor

The Programme is sponsored by Millennium & Copthorne International Limited, a company incorporated in Singapore and having its registered office at 36 Robinson Road, #04-01, City House, Singapore 068877; however, MHR may from time to time arrange for other administration arrangement including without limitation with third parties without notice as it sees fit and at its sole discretion.

2.2  Programme Assignment

The rights and obligations of MHR under the Programme may be assigned or transferred by MHR at any time, and performance of all obligations of the Programme sponsor shall thereafter be the responsibility of the assignee or transferee.  MHR shall, to the extent permitted by law, have no liability for the obligations of the transferee from and after the date of the transfer.  MHR may, without notice or consent, subcontract the operation of all or a portion of the Programme to a third party. 

2.3  Programme Availability and Termination

Without prejudice to the right of MHR to amend certain terms from time to time as stated in these Terms and Conditions, MHR reserves the right to restrict, suspend, discontinue or cancel any part of or this entire Programme upon thirty (30) days' written notice posted on this page.  MHR will attempt to notify Active Members affected by any such restriction, suspension, discontinuance or cancellation by sending a notice to the electronic mailing address of such Active Members (the "Termination Notice"), but MHR shall not be liable for any failure to do so. No claims for Points will be accepted after the date of the Termination Notice. Any claims made but not approved by the date of the Termination Notice will be deemed invalid and of no effect. Members may redeem earned Points for Rewards up to ninety (90) days after the date of the Termination Notice. Points not redeemed within the said period will be forfeited.

2.4  Changes in Terms and Conditions

MHR reserves the right to change, limit, modify or cancel the Programme, these Terms and Conditions, the Benefits and Privileges, the Participating Hotels, conditions of participation, Rewards and reward levels in whole or part from time to time. No Member shall have the right to object to any such change, limitation, modification or cancellation, even if the change, limitation, modification or cancellation affects or may affect the value of Points or Rewards already accumulated by that Member.

2.5  Notice of Changes

Any changes made to the Programme or these Terms and Conditions or the Benefits and Privileges will be shown on www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium/terms-and-conditions and will take effect immediately unless otherwise stated. MHR will attempt to notify Active Members of the changes, by electronic mail or other means, but shall not be liable for any failure to do so. All announced changes will be binding on all Members.

2.6  Employer Restrictions

MHR assumes no responsibility for compliance with any policy of the employer of any person desirous of participating as a Member, even if such policy prohibits or restricts the rights of the said would-be Member (or current Member, as the case may be) to participate in the Programme. Persons desirous of enrolling as Members are informed that participation in the Programme may require the prior approval of their employer. It shall be the responsibility of the person seeking membership of the Programme to obtain all necessary prior approvals for participation in the Programme. Members may be asked to confirm that they have obtained prior approval from their employer upon enrolment into the Programme, and by joining the Programme; each Member represents and warrants to MHR that such Member has obtained all required approvals from his or her employer and any other parties.

2.7  Restricted by Law

This Programme will not be offered in jurisdictions where participation in such a rewards based membership programme is prohibited or restricted by law and/or where the award of points and/or the grant of rewards or benefits are not permitted by law or regulation; however, if for any reasons the Programme is deemed to be offered in any such jurisdiction, a Member’s participation in the Programme, and any Points, Rewards or Benefits and Privileges accrued, shall be deemed invalid without compensation. Persons domiciled in such jurisdictions should not knowingly apply for membership or seek to participate in the Programme. Applicants who are known to be domiciled or ordinarily resident in such jurisdictions will not be permitted to participate in or claim Points or Rewards or Benefits and Privileges under the Programme. Existing Members who become or are discovered to be domiciled in or ordinarily resident in such jurisdictions will have their membership of the Programme terminated by MHR forthwith upon it becoming aware thereof.

2.8  Programme Violations and Release

Programme violations, fraud or abuse will be subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action. MHR reserves all rights to take appropriate action including, without limitation, the right to require the forfeiture of all Points, Rewards and/or Benefits and Privileges issued pursuant to Point redemptions and any accrued Points in a Member's account, as well as cancellation of the Member's account and the Member's future participation in the Programme upon discovery of any violation of the Terms and Conditions or fraud or abuse on the part of a Member.

By participating in the Programme, Member agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless MHR and the MHR Group companies and their respective agents, directors, officers, and employees from all claims or damages arising out of any use or misuse of the Programme by Member.

2.9  Programme Interpretation

Interpretations of the Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of MHR. The decision of MHR shall be binding on all matters concerning the Programme. Neither the Programme nor any Benefit and Privileges offered in connection with the Programme shall create, constitute or give rise to any legal or contractual rights in favour of the Members against MHR or any other member of the MHR Group.

2.10                    Restrictions

The booking of any accommodation, meeting venue or other services for which Points are claimed and awarded hereunder, shall at all times be subject to the Participating Hotel's terms and conditions. The Programme cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or rewards programme.

3      MEMBERSHIP

3.1  Conditions

To be eligible for membership under the Programme, the following conditions must be met:

  • The would-be Member must be an individual traveller or corporate guest. Membership will not be offered to any person who makes bookings or reservations for guests and/or for meeting rooms in any Participating Hotel for and on behalf of his or her employer;
  • The would-be Member must be at least 21 years of age or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of his or her residence, whichever is older;
  • Only one (1) account per Member is allowed.

3.2  Exclusions

The following individuals are not allowed to participate to the Programme:

  • Travel agents and conference agents.
  • Corporate bookers and their secretaries, staff or personal assistants

3.3  Participating Hotels

Only hotels being operated by an MHR Group company or a third-party franchisee under one of the following brands may participate in the Programme:  Leng’s Collection, Millennium Collection, Copthorne Collection and M Collection.  Brands may be added or deleted, from time to time, at the sole discretion of MHR.

The Programme is currently available at Participating Hotels which are located in various countries around the world. The list of Participating Hotels and the countries in which they are located is shown on the Programme's website and is subject to change from time to time by notice posted on www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium/participating-hotels.

3.4  Tier Levels

The Programme will have three (3) tiers, namely:

  • My Millennium Club (“Club”);
  • My Millennium Premium (“Premium”); and
  • My Millennium Elite (“Elite”).

New Members will be enrolled in the My Millennium Club tier after they have registered online or via My Millennium application form available at Participating Hotels and membership is -accepted by MHR.

My Millennium Premium membership will be awarded to Club Members who have garnered eight (8) to nineteen (19) Qualifying  Nights or  fifteen thousand (15,000) My Points  (whichever is achieved first) within any continuous twelve (12) month rolling period.

My Millennium Premium Members will start their membership term upon their qualification for the My Millennium Premium tier, and their membership in the Premium tier will expire after twelve (12) months unless retention terms are satisfied. To retain the My Millennium Premium tier membership, Members must have minimum eight (8) Qualifying Nights or fifteen thousand (15,000) My Points (whichever is achieved first) during the twelve (12) month membership period.

Members who fail to meet the re-qualification criteria will be downgraded back to the My Millennium Club tier. Club tier memberships do not have an expiry period and is subject to the Terms and Conditions.

My Millennium Elite membership will be awarded to Premium Members who have garnered a minimum twenty (20) or more Qualifying Nights or forty thousand (40,000) My Points (whichever is achieved first) during any continuous twelve (12) month period. My Millennium Elite Members will start their membership term upon their qualification for the My Millennium Elite tier, and their membership in the Elite tier will expire after twelve (12) months unless retention terms are satisfied. To retain the My Millennium Elite tier membership, Members must have a minimum twenty (20) or more qualifying room nights or forty thousand (40,000) My Points (whichever is achieved first)  during the twelve (12) month membership period. My Millennium Elite Members who fail to meet the re-qualification criteria will be downgraded back to the My Millennium Premium tier, in which event the Premium tier retention terms will apply.

3.5  Registration Process

Members will be registered online or via My Millennium application form available at Participating Hotels. On successful registration, a Member will be sent his or her Membership ID by electronic mail. An applying Member must complete the mandatory registration details for registration and confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Use of the Membership ID for making reservations shall also imply the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Members are responsible for restricting access to and maintaining the confidentiality of their membership account and Membership ID and Members agree to accept responsibility for the activities of anyone using their account.

3.6  Rejection of Membership by MHR

MHR reserves the right at its absolute and sole discretion to refuse any application for membership without obligation to give a reason.

3.7  Cancellation of Membership by MHR

MHR may at its sole discretion cancel the membership of any Member, revoke any and all unredeemed My Points collected by such Member and/or require the Member to forfeit any accrued Rewards and/or Benefits and Privileges for reasons that include, but are not limited to:

  1. Violation of any of the Terms and Conditions by the Member;
  2. Misrepresentation of any information or any misuse of this Programme by the Member;
  • Violation of any national, state or local law or regulation or other applicable law in connection with the use of membership benefits by the Member;
  1. Failure by the Member to pay for hotel charges or any other payments due to a Participating Hotel;
  2. Fraud or abuse by a Member involving any aspect of this Programme;
  3. The Member holding more than one active account; or
  • Any action or conduct by the Member which in the opinion of MHR is or is likely to be to the detriment of the Programme.

Cancellation and termination of a Member's participation in the Programme shall take effect immediately upon service of the notice of termination by MHR on the Member concerned, which notice may be served by electronic mail.  All My Points, Rewards and/or Benefits and Privileges earned by that Member as at the date of the notice of termination of membership will be forfeited.

3.8  Termination of Membership by Member

Members may cancel their membership at any time by written notice to the My Millennium Customer Service at enquiry@mymillennium.com.sg

A Member will have thirty (30) days from the receipt by MHR of the Member's notice of termination to redeem his or her My Points. All unredeemed My Points will be invalid and deemed forfeited after this date.

3.9  Lapsed Accounts

My Millennium membership accounts shall remain valid until cancellation by the Member or MHR, subject to the Terms and Conditions; however, MHR reserves the right to cancel any Member account without notice if such account has been inactive for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months or more.

4      POINTS

Loyalty points awarded by the Programme for Qualifying Spend will be termed as “My Points”.

Awarding of My Points My Points are awarded to Members and added to their account in accordance with the terms of their Membership tier.

All My Millennium members are awarded:

  • Ten (10) My Points for every US$1.00 of Qualifying Room Spend at Participating Hotels for Club members,
  • Fifteen (15) My Points for every US$1.00 of Qualifying Room Spend at Participating Hotels for Premium and Elite members
  • Five (5) My Points for every US$1.00 of Qualifying F&B and Incidentals Spend at Participating Hotels

Certain number of My Points will also be given for purchases of certain items during an eligible period as may be posted on the My Millennium Website from time to time.

My Points are only awarded to the member who is the Booker of the room reservation and the main stayer of the room.

A Member must quote his or her Membership ID when making any booking in order to earn My Points in relation to such booking.  In addition, a Premium or Elite Member must present his or her Programme membership card at check-in and/or when settling the bill on check-out of the Participating Hotel in order to be awarded My Points. Club members need to quote the membership number as received in the activation email upon successful registration.  My Points are not awarded for Qualifying Nights for which frequent flyer programme miles are earned and vice versa.

A Member may earn My Points for up to two rooms per stay, if all eligible charges for both rooms are paid on one invoice. My Points will be earned for all eligible invoice charges incurred on both rooms. The term "eligible invoice charges" means Qualified Room Spend, Qualifying F&B Spend and Qualifying Incidental Spend charged to the Member’s room invoice issued by the Participating Hotels.

Bonus My Points will be awarded to Members for reaching a certain tier status.

4.1  My Points have no Cash Value and are Non-Transferrable unless permitted

  1. My Points have no fixed or ascertainable cash value. My Points are not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit, cannot be pledged, and have no value until presented for redemption in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
    Members have no ownership interest in accrued My Points and accrued My Points are not the property of the Members. The use of the word "earn" in these Terms and Conditions and in the Programme marketing materials in relation to My Points shall mean "collect" and shall not infer that My Points have any value until they are presented for redemption under the Programme.
    My Points cannot be purchased, sold, bartered, attached, seized, levied upon, pledged, or transferred under any circumstances, including, without limitation, by operation of law, upon death, or in connection with any domestic relations dispute and/or legal proceeding, unless authorised in writing by MHR or as expressly permitted under the Terms and Conditions. Any unauthorised transfer of Points shall be deemed a violation of the Terms and Conditions.

  2. My Points may be transferred between Members. Members may transfer their My Points to other Members by completing and submitting a prescribed form in the My Millennium Website. Members cannot cancel or revoke any such transfer submitted. Up to a maximum of six (6) Members may be nominated for a transfer and such nominated Members may be removed or replaced by submitting the changes in the My Millennium Website.  

4.2  My Points Adjustments

My Points listed in a Member's account are subject to change to reflect actual Qualifying Spend, any adjustments and any Programme changes.

Members who believe that their account activity statement is inaccurate must contact the My Millennium Customer Service atenquiry@mymillennium.com.sg . My Points adjustments will not be made more than sixty (60) days after the last day of the event to which the claimed My Points relate. Members must keep all hotel receipts and invoices as they will be required to verify My Points adjustment requests.

4.3  Validity of My Points

My Points are valid for a twenty four (24)-month period, save in the event that a Member's account lapses, is cancelled, or the Programme is terminated for any reason whatsoever then such My Points shall be deemed to have lapsed on the date of the lapsing or cancellation of the Membership or the termination of the Programme.

4.4  Retroactive Claims on Joining

Members cannot claim My Points for any spends (including without limitation any stays at Participating Hotels) preceding the date of application for Programme membership.

4.5  Redeemed My Points

My Points listed as "redeemed" are deducted from a Member's account and can no longer be redeemed or transferred.

4.6  Exchange Rate

The rate of exchange used for the conversion of Qualifying Spend incurred in non-US Dollars into US Dollars for the purpose of calculating the number of My Points to which a Member is entitled shall be the rate selected by MHR at its sole discretion.

None of MHR and/or any member of the MHR Group warrants or guarantees the accuracy of any rate used for the conversion of Qualifying Spend.  The calculation of the number of My Points on the basis of the then current currency exchange rate is final and binding on Members and cannot be challenged.

The equivalent value of redemption e-Voucher for food and beverage in the applicable local currency will be calculated at the Participating Hotel's prevailing exchange rate of the day.

5      QUALIFYING NIGHTS

Qualifying Nights shall refer to the room nights which are registered in a Member's record and are added to the Member's account provided at least one (1) room night was paid for based on the eligible rates at the Participating Hotel at which the Member stayed.

A Qualifying Night shall be registered only to the paying Member in the event two (2) or more Members have shared the same room.

6      REWARDS

6.1  Redeeming My Points for My Rewards

Members may redeem their My Points for My Rewards online by login in their member's account.  The redemption of My Points under the Programme remains at all times subject to applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions.

My Rewards are offered by Redemption Partners.

Members must have the required number of My Points in their account prior to attempting to redeem My Points for My Rewards. All offers and rewards are subject to availability.

MHR reserves the right to delete, add, modify or substitute My Rewards and the number of My Points required to redeem the My Rewards or award selections in this Programme at any time.

6.2  e-Vouchers

Redemption of My Rewards will be in the form of e-Vouchers and is subject to the terms and conditions and restrictions imposed by the Redemption Partners.

The number of My Points required for redemption of My Rewards is subject to change at any time.

E-Vouchers are valid only at retail locations or at the online store of the Redemption Partner concerned and have no cash value.

E-Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.  Expired, lost or stolen e-Vouchers cannot be reissued. The choice of e-Vouchers is subject to change without notice.

E-Vouchers are void in jurisdictions where the issue thereof is prohibited.

All e-Vouchers must be redeemed in accordance with the procedures specified on the e-Voucher or the procedures specified by the Redemption Partner concerned.

E-Vouchers are only valid for the individual named on the e-Voucher and are not transferable.

E-Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash or any other form of credit.  E-vouchers may not be sold or used for commercial gains and doing so is a Programme violation.  Identification may be required for e-Voucher redemption. Unused portions of partially redeemed e-Vouchers shall be considered fully redeemed. No credit will be given for partially used e-Vouchers.

E-Vouchers must be used by the stated expiration date after which they will have no value and cannot be presented for redemption.

Room nights book through the Programme are not travel agent commissionable.

6.3  Redeeming My Points for Hotel Room Stay and Tour+ Items

Members may use their My Points to redeem for a hotel room stay at Participating Hotels or Redemption Only Hotels and/or Tour+ items. The hotels and Tour+ items made available for such redemption and the number of My Points required for the redemption and the balance cash amount payable (as applicable if there are insufficient My Points and such redemption will then be partly by My Points and partly by cash) for the respective hotel rooms and Tour+ items will be published and updated online from time to time at www.millenniumhotels.com (the “Hotel Stay/Tour+ items Redemption”, which shall be subject to room/item availability and such other terms and conditions as may be stated online at the website and confirmation email). If a Hotel Stay/Tour+ items Redemption is cancelled, the number of My Points used for the reservation will be credited back to the Members as per cancellation policy if permissible, and any cash paid (if any) for it will be refunded to the Members if permissible; however, if the cash payment is made in a currency other than the local currency of the relevant hotel, then the cash amount refunded may fluctuate (i.e. the refund may be less or more than the cash amount used to pay for the room) depending on the currency exchange as used by MHR Group at the relevant time. The Hotel Stay Redemption is not entitled to any My Points.

6.4  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MHR, ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, FRANCHISEES AND AGENTS MAKE NO GUARANTEES, WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAMME AND ANY REWARDS ISSUED THEREUNDER, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, EXPENSE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS' FEES), ACCIDENT OR INCONVENIENCE THAT MAY ARISE IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF SUCH REWARDS OR AS A RESULT OF ANY DEFECT OR FAILURE OF SUCH REWARDS. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED.

 

6.5  Tax Liability

My Points and/or Rewards received through participation in the Programme may be subject to tax liability. All tax liability, including and without limitation, disclosure connected with the receipt and/or use of My Points or Rewards shall at all times be the responsibility of the Member.

6.6  Independent Contractors

Redemption Partners are independent contractors of MHR. Nothing herein or in any other material relating to the Programme, including without limitation the use of the word "partner", is intended or shall be construed as establishing any agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between MHR or any other member of MHR Group and Redemption Partners.

MHR, MHR Group companies, franchisees and agents are not responsible or liable for the conduct of Redemption Partners and/or their programmes or services, including without limitation any changes in or discontinuance of their services or the delivery of products or items or services offered by them.

7      BENEFITS & PRIVILEGES FOR MY MILLENNIUM CLUB, PREMIUM AND ELITE MEMBERS

7.1  Redeeming For Benefits and Privileges

The Benefits and Privileges offered under the Programme shall, at all times, be determined by MHR at its sole discretion.  MHR reserves the right to cancel, delete, amend, add, modify or substitute Benefits and Privileges in this Programme, at any time and from time to time. All terms and conditions governing Benefits and Privileges will be updated on www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my-millennium/member-benefits from time to time.

7.2  Benefits and Privileges available to My Millennium Members

Members currently are entitled to the following services and recognition as Benefits and Privileges at Participating Hotels for each membership tier. All Benefits and Privileges are subject to availability and services may vary between Participating Hotels.

7.2.1                  My Millennium Club Members

  • Ten (10) My Points for every US$1.00 of Qualifying Room Spend.
  • Five (5) My Points for every US$1.00 of Qualifying F&B Spend and Qualifying Incidental Spend at Participating Hotels.
  • Certain number of My Points will also be given for purchases of certain items during an eligible period as may be posted on My Millennium Website from time to time.
  • Free use of Wi-Fi at selected Participating Hotels.
  • Exclusive Club Member offers as specified on the My Millennium Website from time to time.  

7.2.2                  My Millennium Premium Members

  • Fifteen (15) My Points for every US$1.00 of Qualifying Room Spend.
  • Five (5) My Points for Qualifying F&B Spend and Qualifying Incidental Spend at Participating Hotels.
  • Certain number of My Points will also be given for purchases of certain items during an eligible period as may be posted on My Millennium Website from time to time.
  • Free use of Wi-Fi at Participating Hotels.
  • Early check-in at 10 a.m. local time at no additional charge, subject to availability at check-in and Member request for the same at the time of reservation.
  • Two (2) complimentary entry level Club room upgrade e-vouchers per membership year.  E-vouchers are issued to Members upon being upgraded or renewed to ‘My Millennium Premium’ status and is valid for one (1) year from the date of qualification of Premium membership. E-vouchers are subject to the Terms and Conditions and such other terms as MHR may publish or issue to Members. Upgrade is applicable to maximum 3 nights stay per voucher booked by member. Room Upgrades are subject to availability at check-in. Kindly mention the use of the room upgrade while making your hotel reservation online or inform the reservation staff, while making a room reservation.
  • Complimentary one (1) welcome drink per stay.
  • F&B Discount - a fifteen per cent (15%) discount off the total F&B bill at Participating Hotels' owned and operated F&B outlets excluding room service for Premium Members. No stay is required at Participating Hotels to enjoy the discount. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Member is eligible to earn My Points on the total F&B bill before tax and after applicable discount Premium members must present their valid membership card to enjoy this discount. Discount is only applicable on A La Carte meals and buffets and do not include banquets, room service orders and F&B included in room packages.

7.2.3                  My Millennium Elite Members

  • Fifteen (15) My Points for every US$1.00 of Qualifying Room Spend.
  • Five (5) My Points for Qualifying F&B Spend and Qualifying Incidental Spend at Participating Hotels.
  • Certain number of My Points will also be given for purchases of certain items during an eligible period as may be posted on My Millennium Website from time to time.
  • Free use of Wi-Fi at Participating Hotels
  • Early check-in at 10 a.m. local time and late check-out at 4 p.m. local time, in each case at no additional charge and subject to availability and Member request for the same at the time of reservation.
  • Two (2) complimentary entry level Suite upgrade e-vouchers per membership year.   E-vouchers are issued to members upon being upgraded or renewed to ‘My Millennium Elite’ status and is valid for one (1) year from the date of qualification of Elite membership. E-vouchers are subject to the Terms and Conditions and such other terms as MHR may publish or issue to Members. Upgrade is applicable to maximum 3 nights stay per voucher booked by member. Suite upgrade is applicable to any room reservation made for room categories below suite level. Room Upgrades are subject to availability at check-in. Kindly mention the use of room upgrade while making your hotel reservation online or inform the reservation staff, while making a room reservation.
  • Complimentary one (1) welcome drink per stay.
  • F&B Discount - a twenty per cent (20%) discount off the total F&B bill at Participating Hotels' owned and operated F&B outlets excluding room service for Elite tier Members. No stay is required at Participating Hotels to enjoy the discount.  This discount cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Member is eligible to earn My Points on the total F&B bill before tax and after applicable discount. Elite members must present their valid membership card to enjoy this discount. Discount is only applicable on A La Carte meals and buffets and do not include banquets, room service orders and F&B included in room packages.
  • Stay one (1) night minimum at any ten (10) different Participating Hotels at a qualified rate within a membership year and receive a complimentary night under the Programme.
  • Room tax will be charged on Best Available Rate (BAR) per room type to member when the complimentary room night is redeemed at Millennium Hotel Sirih Jakarta.
  • Complimentary use of a Club or Executive Lounge at Participating Hotels that have one or such similar terms as may be used at the hotels. Member is allowed use of lounge with one (1) other guest. The rules applicable to each lounge will apply.
  • Elite members will enjoy up to three (3) local calls free of charge during the entire stay.

8      MISCELLANEOUS

8.1  Data Protection

Personal data provided to MHR by the Member during the registration process and the booking of any room under the Programme will be handled by MHR as data controller in accordance with the MHR Privacy and Cookie Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and may be updated from time to time. 8.2  Anti-Bribery

Each Member shall:

  1. comply with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations and codes relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption including but not limited to the Bribery Act 2010;
  2. not engage in any activity, practice or conduct which would constitute an offence under the Bribery Act 2010 if such activity, practice or conduct had been carried out in the UK;
  • comply with MHR Group’s Ethics, Anti-bribery and Anti-corruption Policies available at https://investors.millenniumhotels.com/corporate-governance/policies, in each case as the MHR Group may update them from time to time; and
  1. have and shall maintain in place throughout the term of these Terms and Conditions its own policies and procedures, including but not limited to adequate procedures under the Bribery Act 2010, to ensure compliance with the obligations in this clause, and will enforce them where appropriate.

8.3  Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

8.4  Effective Date

These Terms and Conditions were last updated effective as of 15th June 2018 and may be amended from time to time.
