The Alaska Aviation Museum is a great place to discover the role Alaska played in the history of Aviation. Spread over five hangers and outdoor exhibition areas, the museum’s exhibits consist of meticulously restored planes from different eras in aviation. The flight simulator is an exciting activity for children, and a great way for them to learn more about the wonders of aviation. Local couples sometimes have their wedding celebrations at the museum as it provides a lovely backdrop for the ceremony.
