Chef Renzo Vacchelli from Peru, has built his career through sensational assignments at various international restaurants in his early years starting off from Lima.
Chef Renzo, has now joined us at Millennium Hotel & Convention Centre – Kuwait for the opening of the only South American Restaurant “El PUBLICO” in Kuwait.
As a Head Chef of this new beautiful dining venue his vision is to bring an exceptional and memorable dining experience by introducing a delightful South American menu modernized and enhanced to satisfy the taste of Millennium’s exceptional guests.
