Staff were good
Cleanliness & presentation of hotel
Lift noise all night was bad (room 2918)- could hear all night
Lighting in room is very poor- not enough lights
Club/executive lounge very basic- paying good money for club/executive lounge access but found food/beverage average at best- really need to improve this aspect

The rooms are big and well equipped.
The stuff is friendly and helpful.
The food variety and quality at breakfast is relatively poor. (for the western taste)
would be nice to have more cheese/sausages/smoked salmon etc.

The A/C system in the rooms is extremely noisy.

A very comfortable bed to dive in after days of working.
The windows wasnt clean. It was supposed to give me a beautiful scenic view of the Waterfront. But nope, the window was the only thing I didnt like to see coming in to the room

the staff is very friendly patient and helpful. The over all cleanliness is very good.
The poolside seems to be under serviced. I havnt seen any staff at the pool area. No clearing of left glasses/plates during the day. Some sunbeds are blocked with towels for the whole day even if nobody using them anymore.
