Helpful staff
Clean room
Great breakfast selection
Good facilities
Too noisy - wedding events kept us awake two nights running as our room was very close to the party. Could they not arrange rooms so that wedding guests were nearest to the venue and least likely to be disturbed by the noise.
Also could staff double check whether guests have booked breakfast etc. on arrival. I thought we had so was quite put out to find we had to pay £13 each on arrival to the breakfast room. The second morning we went across the road to wetherspoons and got a even better breakfast which cost £13 for all three of us.

Comfortable. Friendly staff. Good food. Good location.
Expensive drink prices.
Customers smoking and congregating outside main entrance into the early hours, after functions. Created so much noise it affected sleeping. (Windows were tilted open, due to warmth). This area needs to be moved to a different location so that people in rooms overlooking outside car park can sleep!!
