Good location, friendly staff, good sized rooms.
Very noisy room from traffic and noisy air conditioning unit, had to pay for a car park (Ive never had to do this before and i go to queenstown 2-3 times a year staying in different places), breakfast meats not cooked properly.

Hotel and staff and food absolutely awesome! The quietness of our room gave us the ability to have a great holiday including a great nights sleep. Staff were helpful and informative and nothing was an issue.
We had a slight problem with the tv picture reception it wasn't clear at times with lines and made a fuzzy sound. A small thing given our overall stay.

bathroom - I would have expected a higher standard of bathrooms - small and with shower over bath, at the least, remove the bath and have a high standard shower
