Very good location for business trips. Close to most of the offices, and easy to get back to the airport.
One of the lifts were out of order for most of the time, and it could take long time to wait for the lifts.
Would also like to see a more varied fruit selection for breakfast.

A couple of things come to mind: 1) Complimentary bottled water every day. 2) The first day, when we needed help from Maintenance, they came to our Room very promptly.
The Lobby smelled very nice, but whenever we came back to the Room in the evening I noticed it had a particular... scent. I'm not sure if it was due to the cleaning products used or the plumbing vent in the washroom. Either way, it wasn't awful and it quickly went away (our my nose adapted to it). But I noticed it daily. Second... Slightly thicker walks would be nice. They weren't thin, but I could still hear my neighbors from time to time. One of them seemed to like exercising in his/her room at 07h every morning.

* very clean and lovey room layout
* great facilities as well laundry facilities
* great varieties in breakfast bar
* most importantly great customer service, concierge were very helpful
we didn't have a chance to attend our welcoming drink

The concierge was very helpful and friendly. Always ready to assist.
The receptionists can be more warm and friendly towards guests both in person and over the phone
