The mattress was lovely, great location good front office team.
Enjoy the cocktail hour had an excellent espresso martini thanks.
Noice from spa by room 506 kept us awake.
Breakfast was poor quality and the breakfast chef was far from friendly.
The coffee station beside the dirty dishes was the last straw, a bad experience lucky it was included in the rate. Smell of paint due to refurbish.

Location was fantastic. Check in staff helpful and friendly.
Even though my room was serviced, the hot chocolate, coffee, and shower gel were not replaced daily. Also to charge my phone next to the bed involved having to pull the bedside table out to get to the plugs and that area was extremely dusty.
