We had a one night stay after a cruise. It was a board only basis. We had a lovely room on the 20th floor, there's still plenty of floors above.We arrived early (10-00 am) and were asked to leave our luggage and return at 1-00pm.This we did and were escorted to our room. Five minutes later our luggage arrived (service). We had to check out before 12 noon the next day, which we did easily. whilst we were checking out, Mary Jeow, a Guest Relations Manager asked us if we enjoyed our stay. Of course we said "yes". She then asked us if we were catching a plane back to the UK. We said not until 11-00pm and that a taxi was picking us up at 8-00pm. She then suggested that we come back at our leisure and wait in a rest area on the fifth floor. She then took us up to the fifth floor and showed us around. There were 2 showers, a washing machine and tumble dryer, sockets for your social media and a really comfortable seating and quiet area. When we went down for our taxi, Mary was there to say "good-by" and our taxi had been waiting for us for some little time (not our fault). Thank you Mary and thank you Grand Copthorne Waterfront.
