We checked in for our last leg of our journey with a 7 night stay ahead of us. The desk kid (and I say kid, he was the youngest) gave us the worst room, it was muggy, smokey and the AC did not work. We asked for extra pillows and blankets and the front desk kid argued with us, asking if we really needed the blankets an pillows. To say we were not immediately impressed was an understatement. We had purchased lounge access and made our way to the 29th floor. We were greeted by Ismail and he assured us he would move us to a better room and he did! Our stay became amazing from that point on. The staff in the lounge is top notch and make sure you feel at home so far from home. I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Ismail and the ladies Harmetta ( I am sure I slautered her name), Nash and Yano for making sure my husband and I wanted for nothing during our time there. Great suggestions of places to eat and go and always a pleasure when i just needed a cup of tea. Bypass the front desk grump and head right upstairs.
