Myself, my daughter, son-in-law and two grandsons (aged 9 & 5) stayed at the Millennium Broadway for 10 days. We had rooms on the 25th floor. I sent an email to the hotel prior to our arrival asking for two rooms next to each other and also to request a fridge. Upon our arrival we were pleased to discover that we had two rooms next to each other with a connecting door and a fridge and we also had a coffee/tea maker in both rooms. Check in was quick and upon entering our rooms my daughter noticed that instead of a single bed there was a cot. Unfortunately my grandson who is 5 was too big for a cot and after mentioning this to reception within 5 minutes they changed the cot for a bed. The rooms were big with plenty of room and both rooms had a lovely view of the Empire State Building and my daughter's room was a corner room so she had a view of Times Square as well. There was a safe for you to keep your valuables in. The wi-fi was great. We never had a problem connecting to it. The beds were quite firm but it was perfect for me although a little hard for my daughter and son-in-law. Both rooms were clean and the cleaners came every day and left plenty of clean towels. We never had a problem with the lifts never having to wait more than a couple of minutes. I read quite a lot of negative reviews before we came and was slightly worried at what we might find but I needn't have worried because everything was perfect. The location of this hotel was great. We had booked to see Frozen and the theatre was just a short walk along the road and Times Square was a minute away in the other direction. There were plenty of places to eat. You were spoilt for choice. We ate at Juniors quite a lot and the Hard Rock Café is worth a visit. The prices are very reasonable. The subway is nearby. We could walk to Central Park and the Empire State Building. If we ever come back to New York then we would not hesitate to stay here again. We all had a wonderful stay.
