Stayed at this Hotel at the end of March 2018. First impressions - clean, tidy hotel and friendly staff. Got to our room (22 floor I believe). Room while a little “dated” was clean and fresh. More than enough space and other than a faulty window pretty much perfect. During our stay on the second day in we we received a knock on the door, the maintenance team had got a call to the room below that our bath was leaking down into theirs, we were told they would like to move us into a different room and to pack our things in our own time - we also got a phone call from the reception desk to verify this. Once down at reception we saw a lady, she was so polite and apologetic (not sure what for as leaks happen). She asked us if we wanted a higher or lower floored room and we asked for higher. They upgraded our room free of charge for the inconvenience (wasn’t one really since they were efficient in resolving our room move). We enjoyed the reset of our stay in a room on the 47th floor which faced the direction of Times Square. For anyone who wants to enjoy a holiday in the heart of Times Square here is the place to be, staff aren’t in your face with can I help yous because they let you get on with your holiday but whenever you do ask them they are polite and helpful. I’d 100% stay in this hotel again!
