We actually checked into the apartments (part of the hotel) but unfortunately our master bathroom had a flooding problem when we took our shower. The hotel tried their best to solve the issue. However due to some complicated reason, I think they needed more work then just sending in their maintenance team. The hotel was very nice to upgrade us to a suite without extra charges and even gave us RM 200 meal voucher. What I love about this place is that they are very apologetic about the whole episode and went the extra mile to make your forget about the unpleasant situation and give you above what you would have expected. Special mention - I think he is the manager Mr Abdullah; he is so polite and I can really see him mingling with the hotel guest and doing his best to attend to all request. He is hardworking and truly is passionate about his job. Well done Capthorne Cameron Highlands-we really really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you!
