This hotel is located in the centre of Phuket, just a stone-throw from Bangla street. It consists of two buildings called "Beachside" and "Lakeside". I stayed in "Lakeside". It is definitely a 5* hotel by its amenities and service however it is not luxurious and shows some signs of wear (e.g. the door to my room was missing the security chain). Well, obviously you cannot expect a standard of, let's say, JW Mariott, whilst paying some 3,600 baht per night. My room was fully equipped - iron, ironing board, hairdryer, electric kettle with some tea and coffee bags, minibar, complimentary drinking water etc. It was equipped with universal electric sockets which every traveler appreciates. The bed was very comfortable, everything was neat and clean. The staff are doing an excellent job there - very friendly and helpful. I have to especially mention a lady with a likable name "Beer" :) There is a huge shopping mall next to the hotel which is an ideal opportunity for those who keep leaving important things at home like me. Breakfast was served downstairs and you could enjoy it either inside the restaurant, on the outside terrace, or inside the huge hotel atrium. Quite a decent selection of local dishes plus eggs cooked in different ways, bacon, sausages, salami, cheese... And there was the healthy stuff also, yogurt, fresh fruits and vegetables. I think all in all a very reasonable option if you want to stay in centre of Phuket and enjoy the night life.
