This à la carte buffet serves a dual purpose - to reduce food wastage as well as to ensure our diners get freshly cooked food upon order straight from the kitchen. Instead of having large amounts of food sitting idle in chafing dishes, tasting portions of dish samples are placed at the counters. To place an order, diners are to place a clip beside a dish that strikes their fancy.

Chefs on standby pick up the orders and prepare the dishes a la minute. Choices range from over 60 international and Asian dishes, with an Indian corner headed by Indian food specialist chef Makhan Singh. Clip & Eat runs every Sunday to Thursday, between 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Priced at RM 128 nett per person, it is available at The Mill Café.
